Guys can be so stupid. But I'm stupid too. I keep alternating between being certain and being unsure that he likes me. Seriously. I'm going to a party tonight, and if he's there, I'm just going to do something.

I'm sorry Lost, I know how that feels. Its not a good feeling at all, but remember it is also in your hands as well. Sometime, you have to push people a little. We can't always sit back and wait for others to come around. They might just be sitting for us, and we would both miss each other. I did and completely missed that opportunity because I couldn't say how I felt. We cannot assume all men are a like, and approach the matter that way. Its not fair to them. Also, when they do give these signals, we have to be respectful of them as well. I think a lot of women miss that part, because they are either too scared to do anything, unwillingly hurt them because it just easy to ignore then to face, or simply like the attention.

Either way, I do wish you the best in this, and I hope you are more successful then I was.
If anything, I really believe you deserve this.

I know it might sound weird of me to say this at such an early stage, but the more I think about it, the more I believe he's the right guy for me. He has lots of good qualities, and lots of flaws too - but his good qualities are those I value, and his flaws are those I don't mind.

I'm not in love with him, not even a little. I'm not even sure how much I romantically like him. But in a practical, pragmatic way, he matches my needs so much it's almost scary. I've never met anyone who matched me this much, and that's why I'm willing to be a bit more aggressive in this case, because I'm afraid to let him go.

On second thoughts I don't even know if this is the right way to think. It's very un-romantic. Maybe I'm being biased by how much I want to be in a relationship.
