So lately I've noticed a lot of people talking about not so great things going on in their lives, kind of splashed all over the forum, and also a few complaining threads so I just thought, hey why not put it in one big thread? :D Here's where you can vent about life, people, pets (you know the ones..they walk right in front of you and make you trip? :p), anything that YOU think is worthy to vent over. Don't stop yourself from venting just cause you think it's not worthy, believe me, it probably is. lol Nothing is too big or too small.

Who's first? ;) If no one goes first, y'all can make me go first. lol

Nevermind! I WILL go first, i just thought of something to vent about (Unless someone posts before I can post this post. Confused? :D) My dog Rascal. We got him November of last year. He's around 2 years old, he's a shelter dog and was like on his last day. Anyway, he's a boxer great dane mix, they told us he was a boxer. Meh. :p I KNOW what a boxer looks like. lol Anyway! When he got to the house he went wild, he ran from us around the yard, wouldn't come in, wouldn't come to us, thought it was such a game, lol. Note: He wasn't scared. He was hyper. lol So we FINALLY got him into the house, well everything was okay after that. He decided he wanted to sleep in my room, cool. The next morning he saw me move, and jumped on my bed and tried to grab my arm (He's a nibbler) and tackle me. tried to bite my feet, grab my coveer, and everything. Scared me to death! Well after that I got him scared of my room, by turning on my ceiling fan. lol Well here recently, he's become less scared, and venturing into my room to steal random things..like my boots..my other dog's bed, my socks, etc. Well last night he turned into Day #1 dog of jumping on my bed and "attacking" me. It scared me SO bad. I slept with my door shut cause he kept coming in. lol We seriously thought of giving him to someone else those few months after Nov. but then he started to get better. Now he keeps reverting back to the old dog. Chewing everything in sight, jumping on us, biting, etc. :help:
We call him psycho dog cause he changes personalities so much. We never know which dog will we wake up to. lol

Yeah, here's a minor vent. I've been listening to a series of sermons by this pastor, and he's all right, but he does something that really drives me nuts. You know that little clicking sound some people making when they talk, either when they suck on their tongue or lips? He does that at the beginning of almost every sentence. Sometimes I can ignore it, and sometimes it drives me nuts.

Reminds me of this other fellow I was listening to who was also good, but had the bad habit of overemphasizing the last syllable of almost every sentence.

"You have to understannnnnnnnnnd...that when God speaks here He is speakinnnnnnnnnnnnnnng..."

It is so frustrating that I'm getting no calls for interviews. I've applied for so many jobs. And this background check with the museum is taking forever. Seriously, it's been a week. How long do they need?! I need to feel like a useful human being. Doing dishes and cleaning up the house is not what I am talking about. I am not a domestic goddess. I need to feel useful outside of the house.

No and they would get upset if I did. Most of the places have on their website and/or applications that they do not want calls. My sister called a couple of places that she applied to and got yelled at. Apparently places are getting so many applications/resumes for every position that calls makes things worse.

My mini employment search vent :)

I'm grateful that I'm pressing into the Lord, applying faithfully, and getting interviews. But some days I wanna scream because of these stupid assessments. The worst one that I've done was 3 assessment tests...one timed...one untimed...one optional lol

It isn't rocket science folks just a data entry level retail job peeps...

God Bless,
Drew

People who have some sort of beef with me or something I've posted, thinking they should call me out publicly in some sort of "if I shame her in front of everyone, I'll be the big winner" game. Doesn't work. Act like an adult and come to me personally, or keep your mouth shut. I don't do it to others, and others had better not do it to me. You will never intimidate me with bullying, but you're much more likely to influence and affect me by coming to me like an adult. Thanks :)

And this is a vent, not an opening for a discussion.
