  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

thank you for your prayers. actually... We just had an earthquake tremor. from the new Madrid fault line. it was a 5.4 on rector scale and it was out of new Salem ill. but Indiana felt it bad as well as me in moberly Missouri. I just kept praying God's protection over the house as it shook for about 30 seconds. all is well.

Praise God for harmony of ideas! As God gave me a mission and I asked Him to confirm it, He did. He gave the same mission to my husband. Praise God!!
I had unknowns in the mission..things i didn't understand and those things were given to my husband. The plan is in place. We start working to see it happen today. This will take maybe even a year but it will be to the glory of God! AMEN!
Pray for us as we embark on a new phase of our life!

PRAISE GOD!!!!!!! Firey! That is WAY too cool. Before I shared the other night at church, hubby told me this would be a small platform to a bigger one in the future. God had told me that already, without hubby knowing, and it was confirmed through someone else. It was so neat.

I am going to be at our church today. They have Maximum Impact. IT is for business leaders etc. So the big wigs of our city will be there..the mayor and business leaders. I can't wait.

I can't wait. At first I wasn't so enthusiastic, but, in serving and being there for other people, God is glorified...it is better than being selfish and inward focused all the time..so out the door I go! See ya all later.
