I have a better idea. Unless you have been personally affected by this, why don't you keep out of it? It's really easy to come in here and condemn me and others anonymously, isn't it? I use my name because I have nothing to hide. It's strange that TS's defenders never want to do that.

Any time the American concept of INNOCENT until PROVEN guilty is violated--YES--it IS my business as it should be for all of us.

It's funny how everyone wants that rule to apply to themselves but not their neighbors.

BTW, more than one victim DID come forward when it happened, but he was always able to avoid being charged somehow. That's another reason so many other victims have kept quiet for so long.

No, I have never been abused sexually or otherwise. So I do not know what it is like at all and can't even begin to understand what it is like.

But that does not mean to say that I have to sit here and take what you are dishing out either.

If all these victims have all been abused by Tommy S. and not one of them will take it to the next step then what can I do about it. Some victim has to be brave enough to take it to the next step.

Until that happans then no matter how loud you or anyone else screems nothing will be done.

Can you understand that?

If that is done then we may have some closure on the case.

I'm not now nor have I ever been anymous on this issue. You have not been totaly honest in your presentation of the facts on these issues either. Your credibility as a victim goes down considerably when after all these years you intentionally leave out critical information and allow us to believe you were a child when this happened.

To my way of thinking if you are willing to lie on one part of this why should I believe you on any of it? Besides at this point 3abn has been taken over by a new president and Tommy Shelton is no longer in the picture there that I can tell either.

At NO time did I say I was a child when it happened, nor did I "intentionally leave out critical information." Everything is in my statement on save-3abn.com. It's not my fault people can't read.

I have never lied, Jim. Get your facts straight before you make accusations against me. I don't appreciate being called a liar.

I think I can see why you are a FORMER investigator. You certainly don't check your facts very well.
