God Is Faithful In Honoring And Comforting Us

'You will increase my honor and comfort me once more' (Psalms71:21)........Despite all that was happening to him, in being accused and attacked by his enemies and his personal feelings of being cast down and depressed,the Psalmist was convinced that God would bring about the victory,through his circumstances. ..........If we are truely,living our lives for the glory of God,we have nothing to be ashamed of. When we sin and make mistakes in our life;when we make a mess of things,God is able to forgive us our sin and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. As we repent and confess our sins;as we call upon Him when things go wrong,He is able to rescue us! He will increase our honor. He knows our heart and the motives of our heart. He will give us respect and esteem,as we trust in Him. Living with honor means,knowing that we are living morally right. He also brings comfort to us in times of trouble and uncertainty...............We live for the honor of Christ Jesus our LORD. 'In your hearts honor Christ the Lord as holy,always being prepared to make a defense to anyone who asks you for a reason for the hope that is in you,yet do it with gentleness and respect' (1 Peter 3:15)
