I am thankful for the knowledge and opportunity to pass on information about eustachian tube dysfunction and hyperacusis to a coworker who was struggling with it for so long while her doctors misdiagnosed her or told her it was all in her head. She doesn't feel so lost about it now. Right place, right knowledge, right time.
