The season I heard some of the "leaks"(other reality show), it was funny to see how wrong they were.

Am I the only one who cannot stand...is her name alana? Whatever her name is- the venture capitalist- She is the cattiest of all those women. Did you see when she said- if we lose it's Jen's fault. When the team lost it was her fault, but someone else got fired. She needs to be fired SOON.

Ashlynn, I think you mean Ivana. I'm never liked her much either - thought she should have fired earlier.

I also caught her whining in the cab. She still saw no fault in her own behaviour.

But I did think that her idea about taking photos of the dogs was a great idea and would have been more profitable. There had to be less expensive ways of doing it than spending $30 on outfits. But like Carolyn said, Stacy had gained enough respect and was incapable of selling her idea!

Good show but probably my least favorite so far.

I'll have to say that I am glad of the choice that was made. All through the board room, Stacy kept blaming someone else, never taking any responsiblity. 'It's Wes' fault; I have never been program manger;, blah, blah, blah....." Annoying!

I was glad to see Jennifer get to lead. I think she did well. Wes didn't do to bad, even though I think he wasted a lot of time and got started to late. I wonder what the atmosphere in the hotel suite was after they had to pick the people they didn't want on their teams? That couldn't have been very comfortable....

I must say though I am so NOT impressed with most of the women. I'd like to see Jennifer lead again in a harder more high stakes task to see if the win was a fluke or not.

Have to agree with you Barbara on it being the worst show so far this season. HOPefully they step it up a bit this week!!!

Looks like we were right after all-Bradford is coming back!!! And Staci and Jen C. and Robb. I wonder if they will be their own team or if they will be mixed in with the Apex and Mosaic?

As for last night's show, I think Trump made a good decision. Elizabeth was just to indecisive. She wasn't a strong leader. However, her team did not follow directions. The marketing guy told them up front he wanted a touchy feely campaign based on emotion. That surely wasn't what they delieverd. Elizabeth couldn't get the team to focus on what the marketing company asked for.

Andy did pretty good. I felt some members on his team kept trying to take the leadership role from him, but I am glad he stuck to his guns.

Since they are on a construction site next week, I noticed they all had hard hats on. Don't want a repeat of the Omarosa (sp?) incident!!!

I think last night was a good decision too. This was the second time Elizabeth was leader...she just doesnt do a good job. She doesnt seem confident in herself.

Cant wait for next week!

Yeah...Elizabeth was terrible. What was ironic was that she was right about the campaign being too militaristic...but she seemed too hesitant to go against the team. If she had just stuck with the idea her and Kevin had come up with and refused to let the team talk her out of it...they would've been better off.

As for Andy, I think he did a great job. I don't know why Maria and the others were so relentless about the ad campaign needing more sex appeal. How exactly were they going to pull that off? There was no place for sex appeal in those ads, and Andy made an excellent decision by not listening to them, it would've been a much closer race between the two teams if they had tried to squeeze some sex into their ads. I don't know the ad agency would've gone for that. That's kind of like saying "We're not creative to come up with a good campaign, so we'll just use sex to sell it."

I still don't know who I'm pulling. Maria and Andy are both okay, but they can have their annoying moments. I like Kevin and Raj. I think it's only a matter of time before Raj's style of doing things catches up with him though. I guess if I had to pick a favorite right now, I'd lean towards Kevin...but I don't know.
