Better show last night!

Next week looks even better. It's going to be cool to see Bradford back in the pool! Hope he does something so impressive that Trump kicks himself in the rear for firing him for ratings!

I have thought from the beginning that Elizabeth was very weak! Suprised she didn't get booted sooner. I did like her though.

I saw her on CNBC this afternoon and she said that what we weren't shown about the show was that she attempted to implement the plan that she and Kevin came up with but she looked at the footage they had and realized that they didn't have any footage to make it work. She said that even Kevin didn't know that.

As for Andy, I think he did a great job. I don't know why Maria and the others were so relentless about the ad campaign needing more sex appeal. How exactly were they going to pull that off? There was no place for sex appeal in those ads, and Andy made an excellent decision by not listening to them, it would've been a much closer race between the two teams if they had tried to squeeze some sex into their ads. I don't know the ad agency would've gone for that. That's kind of like saying "We're not creative to come up with a good campaign, so we'll just use sex to sell it."
BINGO!!!

I thought Andy did a great job too and I am SO happy for him. He stood his ground when most of his team wanted to mess with his vision which turned out to be EXACTLY what the ad company was looking for.

Interesting that Elizabeth TRIED to implement the plan she and Kevin came up with. Too bad she didn't insist on it, it sounded like a good one. Weak leader. Terrible. No passion. Hard to respect.

Raj is just getting on my nerves. Has he lead a project yet? I thought I was going to like him but he strikes me as someone trying too hard to be more "mature" than their age. Maria? She's too cool for me. Has she ever cracked a smile? She's tough though.

Things are getting good!!!

Well, she says she did. But if she did try and couldn't find any footage to use for it then why didn't she explain that to Kevin when he was blasting her for being so wishy washy? She didn't even use it to defend herself until after the show during an interview.

I think this is a great show. I'm not involved in business but the cut throat nature of this show is like watching a train wreck. My personal favorite is gone - Pamela. I thought she was the strongest female competitor. I think the women this year are not as strong as the women last year. It seems like the men are coming off a little better. I hope things turn around for the women and they show us they are more competitent then they have been demonstrating.

You know, I was thinking the same thing. I was wondering who chose these candidates and why? Honestly, it looks like most of the women were chosen because they appeared to have the ability to cause conflict to raise the ratings of the show.

I would have to agree. It seems that they're are a couple good female candidates in the mix...but one (Pamela) is gone and the other two that I feel like could be contenders (Maria and Ivana) get caught up in all the catiness that goes down with the other girls.

As for Raj, no, I don't think he's lead a project yet. I'd like to see him do it. He seems to have some good enthusiasm and ideas at times...but then on other occasions he just comes across as pig-headed and a bit overbearing.

It was sad to see him go. He went in style though. People were ready to put their reputations on the line for him to keep him around too. He should have pulled the whiner into the boardroom, since it seemed like it would be fine with Donald. I think he would still be around. He didn't really hear what Donald said because he thought he should have been harder on Ivana, based on what he was saying in the cab. Donald said he didn't think she should even be there.

I believe that Donald really had no choice but to fire Raj. He's the only one who actually deserved it. He made some bad calls with this project.

But he will be missed. He was a lot of fun to watch.

I was disappointed that we didn't get to see more of Bradford.

Does anybody else feel that this season is not showing us enough of the actual projects. It seems like we're seeing too much of the reviews and board room scenes.

I definitely felt like it this week. I had no idea what anyone contributed to the task except that Raj made the mistake of turning it from a 4BR to a 3BR and Kevin chose a bad contractor. And thinking about it, I've felt that way with prior weeks...but I just assumed it was because there were so many people that they couldn't show what everyone was doing. I mean this week was the first week I feel like Sandy has even been on the show. Oh well, even if they did show us more of what was happening, you know it's going to be horribly biased to exagerrate each person's personaility...so I think we lose either way.

Dead on, BarbaraJean. I couldn't agree more.

Raj will get a job on TV somewhere, where he belongs. He needs to be seen.
I too would like to see more of the challenges.

I would like to see Ivana be project manager. I want to see exactly what it is that she does.
