Apprentice' Finale Ratings Take a Dive

LOS ANGELES (Zap2it.com) The finale for the second season of NBC's "The Apprentice" drew an average of nearly 17 million viewers across its three-hour running time on Thursday (Dec. 16) night. While NBC is trying to put a happy face on those figures, the network will try to ignore the dramatic drop from the show's first season.

The finale was down 43 percent among adults 18-49 from the 13.6 rating done by the first season finale last May. The first season finale, crowning Bill Rancic, attracted 28 million viewers for a hefty 39 percent fall.

This season, I was totally hooked as I watched from work. It's very interesting to see how the different people handle stressful situations and how hard they work. Next season should be good with the book smarts vs. the street smarts.

I absolutely agree. And I really wanted somebody to publicly address the fact that she took the credit for Ivana's idea which one the Levi challenge for them. Not that I was a fan of Ivana but I just wanted to see justice.

I missed the episode on Thursday but just saw it tonight-and glad I did. I think the better candidate got the job.
Barbara, I wanted to see that addressed as well but...

REALLY looking forward to next season, sounds like a GREAT match-up!
