Very poor choice by Donald, but then again the women have demonstrated none of them are up for the job.

The lawyer with the blonde hair- her name is also Jen- she seems pretty quiet, and likes to stay out of the crappola. I would love to see her lead a task. She is the only one I think has a good head on her shoulders.

Agreed. She seems to be the only one that doesn't seem too catty at the moment. I hope she will get to lead soon so we can see her skills.

Yes, I thought McEnroe was petulant about not getting enough attention. What an egotistical, bratty, celebrity!

I think that last night's decision had to be rather difficult for Trump. I mean they actually only lost by $10! I think that he made the only decision he could. Maria and Stacy simply didn't do anything big enough to have to fire them. And although Pamela did pull the team together her leadership was not respected and would eventually pulled the team down. She was extremely condescending. I think that she forgot that she too was still a contestant and thought she was in Carolyn's job. She could have been a bit more careful and gained the girls respect so that they would have defended her.

I was sitting here thinking that there was no way I would pay that much for those sponges!! She pretty much bullied her way through that project.

She was a bully and was very obnoxious. I would have to quit if she was my boss. The thing she said over the radio without knowing who all was listing was an epic issue. You can't act the way she did and lead for more than one project.

So, she promoted telling a falsehood to keep her workers happy and she didn't assess the price thing well at all, even after being told.

I would say "You're Fired"

But in a way, Trump pretty much put her in that position by making the comments about her that he did. He basically said that she was about the only female he did respect by moving her over to the team and appointing her program manager and tasking her with making the ladies win the challenge. Of course all the other women were going to hate her going in and of course she was going to have the big ego going in (not that she didn't already have pretty good sized one). And she did tell them she was going to be a hard case (not her exact words ) for the next 24 hours until the task was over. At this point, I don't think the women respect anyone. They don't think another woman can do the job near as good as their self, but when their turn comes up to be a project manager, they each have failed, proving they can talk the talk, but they can't walk the walk.

As I said before, I didn't care for Pamela, but I think that there were other females that deserved to go before she did. Like little Stacy. If I have to watch her roll her eyes or smirk one more time..... I know, I know, it's just a show!!

I'm not a big Stacy fan either. I was shocked when Trump said he had respect for Pamela since I hadn't seen anything impressive out of where, while on the guys team.

Even though it's just a show, it's fun to talk about.

It is fun to talk about! And truthfully, I have learned a few things myself from this show. I learned not to be so much of a doormat, from last season. Stand up for myself a bit more. And this season, teamwork is a bit factor. You might not like everyone on your team, but you have got to find a way to work with them if you want to be successful in your task. I am also considering looking at the new book Carolyn has out. To get as far as she has, you know she has learned a few things along the way!

I actually recommended to my boss, to show a few of the episodes to my team, last season, because I thought there were some good things to be learned from it.

So is anybody catching the QVC show? The Donald is there and they are selling the It Works sponges. I notice that they've lowered the price to a bit over 17 dollars. Pamela was on the air selling them and WOW she's good at it.

I suppose she was there representing the girls. I got in on it a bit late but I didn't see any of the other girls there. She actually did very well.

Well, although he fired Sam, Troy, Nick, Amy, etc - he still liked them & they've since all appeared in commericals, talk shows, etc with him. I think The Donald still likes Pamela & wants to use her "popularity" (after all the complaints came in after he let her go - every online poll was overwhelming in her favor.).

I thought the boys were supposed to sell the grills??? Did they sell, too, or no?
