I'm not falsely accusing you of anything. Tell me which of these statements is false:

1. You don't agree with the commas before "and" in the KJV in Genesis 1:24.
2. You don't agree with the lack of reverential capitalization in that verse, and all versions lack it. Even the versions like Young's Literal Translation which make use of reverential capitalization.
3. You don't agree with versions which use the word "its" instead of "his"
4. You don't know ancient Hebrew or Greek, and therefore lack the professional ability to translate ancient texts
5. Your translation of the verse is at odds with every other version produced

Shoot, maybe I'm getting bonus points for calling out a false prophet.

Anyone can recognize that the discussion tactics you use are wholly ineffective at garnering any agreement with what you believe. Even your fellow creationists don't agree with what you post here.

If you were genuinely interested in trying to get people to agree with you, you'd be using a completely different approach.

I cannot get anyone to believe the Truth but I can present it to them. That's what I do by showing that Genesis agrees with every discovery of mankind including the most recent ones. Those who are interested in refuting me can't seem to give a reason for their actions. Can you?

1. No. I mentioned that fact to show that it was added to the original Hebrew.
2. It doesn't matter to me whether the names of God are capitalized or not. If they are not, I capitalize them to show my reverence for His Holy name.
3. No. God is not an its.
4. I have studied Genesis for a long time and have looked up the words in Hebrew and Greek. I post links to my views in Scripture. Tell us of the academic professional ability of any of the Disciples.

You have not supported your view that his and their refer to Jesus and the trinity. You have merely asserted it. You haven't even referred to a theologian who supports your view-at least then we could read about his or her justification for that rendering. You have offered zero justification for your translation based on grammar tendencies in Hebrew, Greek, or even English.

It is a mere unsupported assertion and can and should be dismissed as such.

Even xianghua has more people "agreeing" with his posts, and that's a guy who talks about self-replicating cars. :/

What if you're wrong? What if your interpretation of Scripture isn't God's view?

Many different people all make the same claim, that they are interpreting Scripture correctly, yet you wind up with all these contradictory views in the process.

If you'd really looked up the original Hebrew you'd know that there is no his/their/its. Feel free to use your extensive research to show I'm wrong. If you can't..... well, we'll have all the evidence needed to demonstrate you cannot support your claims. And you, being an honest poster, will admit your error and change your view.
