If people never realize Jesus fulfilled the old covenant law (including the 10 commandments), they'll never understand why the sabbath was taken away.

If the sabbath was taken away than so were the other nine. Thus if it's ok to not keep the sabbath it means it is ok to commit adultrey, murder, have other god's, etc.

The Mosaic law, which pointed to Christ was fulfilled and done away with. God's law, the 10 commandments, stands forever.

Christ fulfilled all the Old Testament laws ie God's Law/Law of Moses (same law). Once one accepts Christ the Old is gone away to replace the New.

Then how are you going to worship the Creator... as commanded in a loud voice by the angel of Revelation?

verse? i don't know how this question is relevant.
Revelation 14:7
Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.

Sure it is relevant... There is only one commandment to worship the Creator..

Umm just as i do everyday in spirit and in truth.
How does the sabbath (rest) command equate to worship? Do you accept the whole bible as sound doctrine?

is that biblical? how is the sabbath and worship synonymous?
why.. have you ever heard the sabbath when it is not in relationship to worshipping the Creator... and in Lev 23.. He called them His. Just as He did again when He walked the earth and said that He is Lord of the Sabbath.

I don't see worship, they didn't worship during other days of the week? Yes Jesus was announcing his authority over the Sabbath.

We are asked to keep the day holy. What do you think God wants us to do?

In Isaiah He asks us to turn our foot from His law and to call His day a delight.

Finally in the NT we have Christ who showed us how to keep the sabbath.

Jesus Christ summed up the whole Law this way:
Matthew 22:37- 40:
Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.
This is the first and great commandment.
And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself.
On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.
I would have to say that Jesus would know better than anyone, wouldn't you?

This truth is also reiterated in Romans 13 as well as Galatians 5.
And in Romans 10 it is clear that one can be zealous, but that does not guarantee one is right. Paul points out quite clearly that Christ was the end of the Law, meaning, he fulfilled it for all of us.
Romans 10:1-4:
Brethren, my heart's desire and prayer to God for Israel is, that they might be saved.
For I bear them record that they have a zeal of God, but not according to knowledge.
For they being ignorant of God's righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God.
For Christ [is] the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth.
We are saved by grace, God's grace. But it seems though that the old man nature is always trying to deny God's grace and is trying to save himself by his own works.

The Law was our schoolmaster until Christ came and fulfilled the Law. Now, we can walk in the new nature, in the newness of life, and conduct our lives according to what the Scriptures that are addressed to the born again ones declare.

We now do good works not to get saved, but because we are saved.

Humanity has always been saved by grace. Christ did indeed fulfill the law, the ceremonial and sacrifical laws. For this reason we no longer have to go to a priest or offer sacrifices.

The law of God however stands forever, identifying sin. Can you answer exactly how the other nine have been fulfilled. Remember also that the law to love God and our neighbor was first given in the OT.

Notice how it always boils down to just the one law out of the ten that causes the dissing of the ten.. if it wasn't for that one... they would have no problem with the ten... in fact, they have no problem with the nine.. except for a few over the image thing.. ok a few have over "no other gods before me".. and yeah some have an issue with "honoring mother and father' ... ok ok ok ... coveting is rather rampant... but that is no reason to throw the whole lot out.

The sabbath was a sign God and the children of Isreal, so was circumcision. Whats your understanding of Old and New Covenant?

Old law, new law big difference. Facts about the first, or old covenant: 1. It was made between God and Israel. 2. It was made when he brought them out of Egypt. 3. A new covenant is to be made. 4. It will not be according to the old one.
