You'd probably be more effective if you actually cited facts.

What, specifically, is on the BLM website that's as racist or un-American as the things some Trump followers advocate?

I don't know if Spencer is a "Trump follower" but I'll take your word. Not sure what that matters. Anyhow:

BLM advocates for, among other things:

  • Full and free access for all Black people (including undocumented and currently and formerly incarcerated people) to lifetime education.
  • A guaranteed minimum livable income for all Black people.
  • Corporate and government reparations.
  • White people to will their homes upon death, or simply downsize and give the home to a black family.
  • Rework the political system to give blacks much more power over all elections.

Spencer doesn't use the same language, but his demands for his white utopia make Sanders sound like a Grinch, and are on the same level. Both want to create what amounts to a caste system. The main difference is who will benefit.

That was one demand I mentioned. I didn't link to it because of TOS.

Here's the main list: The Movement for Black Lives

And here's your so-called 'suggestions for white allies'

Some things I’m thinking about that should change (in that Southern, black grandmama voice):

1. White people, if you don’t have any descendants, will your property to a black or brown family. Preferably one that lives in generational poverty.

2. White people, if you’re inheriting property you intend to sell upon acceptance, give it to a black or brown family. You’re bound to make that money in some other white privileged way.

3. If you are a developer or realty owner of multi-family housing, build a sustainable complex in a black or brown blighted neighborhood and let black and brown people live in it for free.

4. White people, if you can afford to downsize, give up the home you own to a black or brown family. Preferably a family from generational poverty.

5. White people, if any of the people you intend to leave your property to are racists -redacted-, change the will, and will your property to a black or brown family. Preferably a family from generational poverty.

6. White people, re-budget your monthly so you can donate to black funds for land purchasing.

7. White people, especially white women (because this is yaw specialty — Nosey Jenny and Meddling Kathy), get a racist fired. Yaw know what the -redacted- they be saying. You are complicit when you ignore them. Get your boss fired cause they racist too.

8. Backing up No. 7, this should be easy but all those sheetless Klan, Nazi’s and Other lil’ -redacted-white men will all be returning to work. Get they -redacted- fired. Call the police even: they look suspicious.

9. OK, backing up No. 8, if any white person at your work, or as you enter in spaces and you overhear a white person praising the actions from yesterday, first, get a pic. Get their name and more info. -redacted-, find out where they work — Get Them Fired. But certainly address them, and, if you need to, you got hands: use them.

10. Commit to two things: Fighting white supremacy where and how you can (this doesn’t mean taking up knitting, unless you’re making scarves for black and brown kids in need), and funding black and brown people and their work.

Huh. Sounds like a racist jerk with a violent temper and an entitlement mentality. But go ahead and pretend that it was just suggestions for white allies.

Question - since this isn't an issue I have particularly ever cared about -

what's the relation between m4bl.org (movement for black lives) and BLM (Black lives matter)? Why are there two different websites?

Don't see that list anywhere on their website. How about a link?

Appears to be material that wasn't acceptable on the BLM website. So whoever wrote that, moved it somewhere else and gave the website a name that was as close to BLM as possible.

BLM is not a single organization, but a coalition. This is from 60 of them

Each item is separated into their own subsection.

Racists have gotten a little more subtle, but they still keep trying,

It's in the site I listed. If you can't be bothered to click any of the six points, that's not my problem.

No one else can find them there, either. Because they aren't there?

Barbarian observes:
Um, no. BLM is one organization. Let's focus on the real one and see what it says.

Not according to everyone else.

By your standards, the republican party and the KKK are a single organization. That seems just as absurd as trying to make BLM responsible for what other organizations do.

There may be some overlap, particularly in the WH, but that doesn't mean that even a majority of republicans are Klan members.
