CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

and to Quantos... the curiosity got the best of medecided to try v5 WindowBlinds, here's a screenie:
funny thing is, XP is running much snappier after installing, much better/faster than using the default themes... so far, so good.
And if I was still using my Winders PC much I'd try WindowBlinds.
Looks awesome...

I am running Xandros 3.0 Deluxe right now. I am fed up with MS garbage--I think they are going to have a hard time pushing this Vista off on people because it is going to another expenisve piece of garbage.

I'm not sure about Vista. However, I will need to upgrade my computer in the next year, so I may wait and build one that can run Vista. However, I understand that some application software may not function with Vista (didn't like that feature with XP).
Currently I run Windows 98 SE and am very happy with it. No problems with it and will keep it for the time being.
