Why there is no clear mention of trinity in the old testament?

Why wouldnt God just mention the trinity just once instead of mentioning God is One. The reason God says He's one is the very reason that he knew people would make God as more than One.

FTR, the trinity isn't clear in the NT either.

Seeing as I'm not privy to the hidden knowledge and will of God, I don't have an answer as to why God wouldn't, did, didn't, etc on any number of subjects.

The Trinity is one God if you didn't know that.

The term was made by the same Church who created the Bible to describe the situation better.

It's just a teaching tool, like the ten commandments.

The burden of proof is in you to prove the Trinity teaches that God is more then one or that it contradicts Biblical Monotheism.

Simple Bible says God is One and you say God is 3 persons and not one personality. One is 1 not 3

We say God is one, not "a part of 3" or Mary being part of the Trinity like a lot of you Muslims believe.

Trinity - The Father is God; The Son is God; The Holy Spirit is God and they are three separate persons. That is three Gods. Just because Christians say it is "one" God does not make it so. They have no choice but to say it is "one" God (even though it is three Gods) because Scripture teaches monotheism. So they come up with this trinity doctrine not found in the OT or NT whereby three = one.

The Trinity is at the core of Christian belief and undoubtedly one of the most perplexing doctrines to try to rationalize. I became a Christian when Jesus reached out to me and I accepted Him into my heart; I had never heard of the Nicaean creed, and understood very little about the trinity concept, definitively speaking. Apparently, it was the personal relationship that was Jesus’ most important concern. I believe Jesus is who He said He is, based on my faith in His understanding of who that is. I must admit that when ‘someone else’ tells me what He meant, and tries to regulate me to it, it does give me pause.

I’m pretty sure English is not your first language, God is not three personalities in Christianity, he’s three persons or three individual beings that all have the same divine nature and will, making them one deity. So saying God is one isn’t a contradiction to saying there is One God who exists as three beings as they both say there is One God.

Also, the Church never taught Sola Scriptura so why should I listen to your interpretation?

Absurd! A person is a being. Three persons = three beings unless you are a trinitarian who twists logic to prove a doctrine.

You don't have to listen to me, but don't pretend the trinity is in Scripture. Your own words here seem to suggest it is not, but can only be found outside of Scripture.

How God can be everywhere at all times? How does God exist before time?
    What's the logic on that?

The Bible was put together by Trinitarians

Are you suggesting He needs help to be everywhere at all times?
He created time all by Himself.
