Why there is no clear mention of trinity in the old testament?

The Old Testament doesn't say a lot of things.

The Christian use and understanding of the Bible isn't the same as the Muslim use and understanding of the Qu'ran.

The Bible isn't God's Revelation in the Christian religion. It is a collection of sacred texts through which we encounter God's Revelation. God's Revelation is Jesus Himself.

Why wouldnt God just mention the trinity just once instead of mentioning God is One. The reason God says He's one is the very reason that he knew people would make God as more than One.

Seeing as I'm not privy to the hidden knowledge and will of God, I don't have an answer as to why God wouldn't, did, didn't, etc on any number of subjects.

Yes it's just one God not trinity. One God means One God and not trinity. Holy ghost or Jesus isn't mentioned as part of God in OT

We say God is one, not "a part of 3" or Mary being part of the Trinity like a lot of you Muslims believe.

They have no choice but to say it is "one" God (even though it is three Gods) because Scripture teaches monotheism. The Trinity is at the core of Christian belief and undoubtedly one of the most perplexing doctrines to try to rationalize. I became a Christian when Jesus reached out to me and I accepted Him into my heart; I had never heard of the Nicaean creed, and understood very little about the trinity concept, definitively speaking. Apparently, it was the personal relationship that was Jesus’ most important concern. I believe Jesus is who He said He is, based on my faith in His understanding of who that is. I must admit that when ‘someone else’ tells me what He meant, and tries to regulate me to it, it does give me pause.

I’m pretty sure English is not your first language, God is not three personalities in Christianity, he’s three persons or three individual beings that all have the same divine nature and will, making them one deity. So saying God is one isn’t a contradiction to saying there is One God who exists as three beings as they both say there is One God.
