i won't lie. I felt God has been knocking on my door and so I finally decided to answer. Not in a hardcore Christian way, but I have stopped saying the Nembutsu and started saying the Jesus prayer for my daily chanting.

i don't see that as true. i am enjoying life already. so it's not meaningless, despite what happens after death.

Honestly, neither. My goal instead is seeking relief from dukkha.

Some days I wonder about eternal life, because the thought of death might be dukkha at the moment.

Other days I wonder about not existing at all, because the thought of endlessly enduring the repetitive sufferings of life is dukkha.

I realized that it is dukkha that I actually need to address.

A true miracle happens when people in need are fed, housed, provided medical access and live with no fear of war or other violence. Today there are nearly a 800 million human beings who go to bed hungry each night and 1.6 Billion who lack adequate housing.

I'm suggesting that miracles are not proof that the alleged doer of the alleged miracles are infinite or almighty.

For example, I can do things which might seem miraculous to lower animals, or even children. It doesn't make me infinite or almighty.

God comes in many shapes, colors and names, but helping those in need is the one teaching that comes in all authentic religions.

Certainly, it is said in Buddhism that devas can do things - like move celestial objects - far beyond the ability of any normal man or woman. It doesn't mean that they're infinite or almighty.

what i know is that a person can be born billions of times successively(i.e. eternity after eternity) in the most cursed place of this world, namely india (where for about 5 millennia there has almost not been a sign of the true One but He has been replaced by all kinds of other gods there), if they practice such religions as yoga, hinduism, occultism/esotericism, etc. - it is the land of the angels of satan("nephilim"), so i don't think it pays to practice such religions

In the way that I experience my Beloved God and where I do see God through out and within humanity, what I'm seeing is that the division and seperation between people that's caused by religious beliefs IS the direct work of Satan.

Again, this wanders into the realm of conjecture and interpretation. It doesn't belie the fact that I haven't directly met an almighty, infinite god.

Are you confused? Other than the extinct group of mollusc's called Ammonites that are found in the region you references, I'm not able substantiate your claim that the Biblical "Children of Ammon" also came from the same area. Can you provide references, please?
