Kim Potter was just convicted of manslaughter because the suspect initiated violence and struggled with police and she shot him. Ashli did not attack any person. Both were shot dead. Yet you say Ashli's killer should not even be charged.

This is so disingenuous. Daunte Wright was shot as a result of a traffic stop - Potter approached him, not vice versa. The traitor Babbit was acting in concert with thousands of other rioters, threatening the lives and safety of not only the police trying to keep order, but government officials in the midst of their official duties. You write as though Babbit were a lone suspect merely climbing through a window freshly broken by the mob that the officer somehow should have know was unarmed. The mob she was leading into the Senate chambers was a huge threat.
