Why isn’t Schiff charged with lying to Congress?

Marxism? Class warfare? What?

Talk of the border or the democrats is simply an attempt distract from the serious issue at hand and the attempt by Donald J Trump and his army to stop the electoral certification process and steal the election he lost.

This is what REAL violent criminals do. Violence

Prosecutors: Jan. 6 rioters committed more than 1,000 assaults on police
Just the opposite is the truth. People know there is real violent crime taking place, many cities run by Democrats have broken their murder records. The sham committee refused to allow members who were not anti-Trump because tough questions might be asked--that says it all. And now we know Schiff doctored evidence. The shooting of Ashli Babbit was plain murder, every police jurisdiction knows it is wrong to shoot an unarmed woman that poses no imminent threat. In facet a policewoman is on trial in Minnesota because she shot a suspect who WAS STRUGGLING with police and she used her gun instead of a taser. You have to wait until a suspect gets within close range and is an imminent threat. Nor is it legal to beat a suspect when they are on the ground and subdued.

The shooting of Ashli Babbit was plain murder,

The collection of half-truths, embellishments, bias, and downplaying of violent crime like hundreds of cops injured in one riot called 'Trump's BIG and WILD protest party where hundreds of cops were attacked and injured' presented in this post are expected, and not one link to substantiate any of it is unsurprising, but this accusation that Babbit was murdered is just a plain lie.

It's a bad shooting anywhere in the country. You can't shoot an unarmed 110 lb woman who is not an imminent threat. Had Ashley approached the officer, refused repeated orders to stop, and got within enough feet of him to think his life was in danger he could have used force to subdue her--just like the cop in Minnesota that accidentally shot a suspect she was supposed to taser. The Capitol officer could have tried a taser (if he had one) or nightstick first and if that did not have an effect he would be justified in using deadly force to save his life. But you can't just shoot someone in cold blood who is unarmed and "possibly" might be a threat to your life. You don't know what people will do. The BLM protests have been more than "wild," are you saying cops should have gunned down protesters?

It was a bad shooting. Unlike the Chauvin case, this cop was purposefully trying to hurt or kill Ashli. It was rather cowardly, she never saw it coming. Whether guilty of manslaughter or murder should be up to a jury. He is not the first cop to panic but he needs to be held accountable.

Yeah sure. And Breonna Taylor sleeping in bed...well, that's different.

They hollered at the mob that they would shoot them if they broached the window, then they shot the traitor as she stormed through.

There can be an argument made that a protestor should not illegally enter a government building, then try to proceed further into that building by breaking through barricades using American flags, shoes and fists, especially when there is an armed person on the other side of one of those barricades. I cannot understand why any human would dismiss the danger to those who were being sought in favor of the those who were seeking to physically harm others. But here we are....

Don't dismiss danger when protesters break down barricades. But just because Black Lives Matter breaks down barricades and illegally trespasses is not a reason to hide behind a building and start gunning them down. Because someone takes down or breaks through a barricade does not mean that they are going to bodily harm someone. The vast majority of protesters do not physically harm other people, but some do, so be on the alert. A police officer is justified in subduing a suspect using the least necessary amount of force necessary should that person present imminent threat to life. Thus, if a person's hands are visible and they keep approaching despite numerous warnings, "Stop or I will shoot" and get within range where they may take away the officer's weapon, an officer is justified. Someone charges you and gets to within ten feet after disobeying orders, you can shoot them. This is quite different than someone who is still behind a barricade and is trying to break through.

And Adam Schiff is not a friend to truth and honesty.
He's one of only a few who stand for truth and honesty and what's morally right. On the other hand, your state's representatives support the killing and genocide of Christians by Turks.

As to Ashli, a number of law enforcement people where just standing by the doors, and then they inexplicably left. Why they left is still being concealed, you can see on video they were not yelling at anyone. I think your characterization of "traitor" is typical of what is wrong in our country, there is a movement from too many on the left to negatively characterize and silence anyone who disagrees with them. This is the Marxist plan of class warfare, critical theory. People deserve equal treatment under the laws of this country even when you vehemently disagree. What if it turned out that Biden was the corrupt one and Trump the patriot? People can be wrong, and a democracy has the opportunity to correct such a mistake.

Ashli Babbitt got what she had coming. She fooled around and found out.

Don't believe me? Go to the Capitol, break out a window in a secured area and see what happens to you. Report back after you've done it.

Trump lost the election (fair & square) then had these useful idiots to go and try to stop the constitutionally mandated process by which he would be replaced. One got killed whilst doing so.
End. Of. Story.

How very sad. This is what happens when we forget our nation is founded upon the principles that our rights come from Our Creator.

That was from the Declaration of Independence, which in not a legally binding document. And it was certain inalienable rights - that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. It says nothing about the right to stop the validation of an election.

Kim Potter was just convicted of manslaughter because the suspect initiated violence and struggled with police and she shot him. Ashli did not attack any person. Both were shot dead. Yet you say Ashli's killer should not even be charged. Non sequitur.

I replied “non sequitur” because your post had nothing to do with my comment other than your bloviating opinion that “our creator” blessed us with rights that are not found in the Bible.
Google “consent of the governed”.
