Just in passing for all of us to think about for this weekend. The so-called "prosperity theology" actually misinterprets the deepest concerns of God for His creation as well as His promises as found in the Scriptures. (quote from Marcus, Nestorian Community)

Some of the TV evangelists and pastors I have seen talk way to much about this and hardly anything about Christ or G-d and how to walk the walk in daily christian experience.
