Because the finding of a MODERN bear fossil in a time period it shouldn't be found in would be a problem. Finding the fossil of a bear ANCESTOR in a period we didn't expect to find it in would not be a huge problem for science. Are you understanding what I'm saying?

this is what she said: "You can push it by as much as you want". even if she was joking it doesnt change the fact that we can push any creature by finding a new fossil. this fact alone prove that the creature evolution can be change by fossils and therefore there is no such a thing as "out of place fossil".

You obviously don't get what was discovered, do you? Those were fossils of OLDER snakes found in OLDER SEDIMENTS. Do you understand that? They weren't modern snakes. Ancient snakes.
