Satan had to fall before he entered the garden of Eden and Isaiah 12 says that Lucifer was in charge of the earth. I have heard other people say that Universe if 10,000 years old.

If you can't identify the origin you can't identify the age. Find a viable theory for the origination of the universe from nothing and get back with me. Lacking that, you have no idea how old the earth is.The Earth isn't 6000 years old. It's 4.5 billion years old.

The genealogies of the Israelites trace from Adam to Noah, to Abraham, to Moses, David and finally to Christ. Judging the age of the creation is as simple as adding up the ages of the generations.
You can see a complete timeline here.
The universe is in a constant state of decay. It's winding down. It's finite and will have an end. Anything with an end must have a beginning.Who said the universe came from nothing?
He can't explain the origination of the earth, either.Except he's talking about the Earth and not the universe.
If you assume they are 80% complete then we have 80% of the timeline of the earth. So maybe it's 10,000 years old not 6,000 years. Many Biblical scholars would disagree that there are gaps in the genealogies properly understood. Personally, it's never much interested me whether the earth is 6,000 years old or 10,000 years old. We know it's not a million years old. We know that all living things were created in their mature state, and that nothing ever evolved into anything else. We know that God formed Adam from the dust of the earth and Eve from his rib. However, this thread asked why Ken Hamm believes the earth is 6,000 years old, and that question has been answered. Hamm puts his faith in the word of God and not the theories of man. I would think that would be the position of any Christian on the subject. Sadly, the number of Christians who believe in the Scriptures as Christ did is dwindling. Also, the method you describe assumes that the Biblical genealogies are complete, when in fact they appear to have eliminated insignificant figures and been evened off to round numbers of generations to aid memorization.
How do you know that?...Anything with an end must have a beginning....
Ham thinks the world is 6k years old because he's a YEC.

There are no scientifically valid theories for the origination of anything.
God can violate natural law but the natural world cannot. There are a lot of theories about the origination of the universe, but I don't know of any credible cosmologist who thinks it didn't have an origination at some point.
He can't explain the origination of the earth, either.
If the earth is part of the universe, then you have to know how one came about to date the other.
If you don't have a source for wood, you can't make a chair.
You didn't answer the question.
Who said it needs to come from "nothing"?
What does "nothing" even mean?
