Going to the range with my guns is a hobby. I enjoy shooting & have since I was a kid in the 60s. It's a very different world than the one I grew up in. My parents didn't have guns in their nightstands. Today I can't imagine not having a gun in my nightstand, especially when I worked night shift 35 miles away & my wife was on her own until 9:00 am. Today we have communists & anarchists threatening to come to our neighborhoods & destroy them. Nope. Not my house. We went on summer vacations all over the country growing up & my parents didn't carry guns. Today I (legally) carry a gun whenever I leave the house. Except at church. I don't know how people would feel about it & I really don't want to ask & make anyone nervous so I just don't carry them into church. I know that churches will become targets of violence in the future, maybe in my lifetime & I'd be relieved if people start carrying guns to church. For a home invasion, what are my options? Obviously prayer but what else? Defend my life, try to run or wait to die. I'll defend my life & my wife's.

A brain fart from anti-freedom/socialist/communist/pot legal Canada?
Looks like the devil is having his way in the great white north.
Love Canada and it's people, don't love how they have been usurped by the adversaries leftists.

No one needs a gun unless they are a peace officer or a soldier in which case one is provided.
Yes, no one needs a gun, guns should be left with criminals and other lowlife.

With an opening sentence like that, you obviously don't know Canada or its people.

It would seem that our new "leadership" in DC gives us another reason. Trump "sycophants" should, according to them, be listed and dealt with. "Dealt with"??? Rather reminds me of the Jews in Warsaw.

Keep the fervent and effectual prayers for the light of truth to be shined and justice be done. I see this as like Esther and Mordechai, one day Haman built the gallows for them, the next day he hung from them. I hear the permission for the transition team to go forward requires Joe to declare all his foreign connections, and we know what many of them are from his dopey kids computers that he left at the computer shop.

Then Cyrus wrote a Law saying Jews could own weapons and defend themselves against attack by Anti-Semites like haman.

Seems the anti's look at the inanimate object and believe it will jump up and hurt someone. Those who do not use emotion but rather reason to make decisions don't do that.
We find when a young man wants something he opens his ears and pays attention, that is when at Hunters Safety we put the good stuff, the life lessons in, reminding them of their responsibilities to themselves, family, community, friends, and how we must be sure where that BB, pellet, bullet, shot pattern arrow, etc. will end up before we take a shot. How there are stages to hunting and when we are mature, we will appreciate the experience over shooting, bagging the game, etc. and we won't have a lifetime of regret over having made a mistake and hurt ourselves or someone else.

Does anyone need a weapon except those who need a weapon (e.B. soldiers and policemen) at all? Whether Christian or non-Christian? I live in Germany, where we have very strict gun laws. Number of homicides by weapons (including suicide) in 2019: 6, according to the Federal Criminal Police Office. And in the US? There are 15,208 people in 2019, according to the Gun Violence Archive. By November 2020, 16,627 people (excluding suicides) had been counted. Strict gun laws protect lives, lax gun laws cost lives.

I think there’s a lot more at play than just stricter gun laws in this scenario. For one thing America has a 4 times larger population than Germany. Poverty rates, gang activity, and drug use are all higher in America. Honestly I don’t see the problem with the gun laws. As it is now convicted felons cannot purchase a gun. So what exactly do you think needs to change as far as gun laws? Simply saying stricter laws doesn’t actually provide any type of solution without being more specific on what the actual problem is with the current laws we have now.

I use a gun for vengeance mostly...

I would have a lot more blackberries if it weren't for them pesky deer.

Then there's the shotgun I use to get them dishes that keep flying away...it breaks them but since they decided to go flying away I'm going to make sure that they don't do it in one piece.
Then there's the ducks...
They make a huge mess with their poop....
I get even with them too.
Turkeys are just annoying as all get out.

So....I use guns for vengeance.

And these critters are mighty tasty too.
Wild duck cassoulet, pheasant, venison, and turkey are all good eating.

That is absolutely despicable behavior. I can’t imagine how a person could be so heartless to do such a thing to these poor defenseless animals and not share any of the meat with me!!! You should be ashamed of yourself.
