We don't know that it was. Although this was the first public release of some of that material, that doesn't mean it wasn't submitted as evidence at trial. Indeed, that was one of the problems that prosecutors faced -- there was so much documentary evidence that providing it to defenses became a cottage industry for which they had to create a monumental database of who is featured in what video.

They weren't "ushering" him around. They were corralling him towards the exit in an effort to clear the building. CHP and DC Metro who were called in were outnumbered 10 or more to 1. There were very few detentions and fewer arrests due to the number of people, the sensitivity of the location and the decision to clear the Capitol as soon as possible so certification proceedings could continue.

The chyron to which you allude was accurate. For one thing, the Kenosha rioting was neither BLM nor Antifa (which I always feel the need to stress are two separate entities with divergent goals).

In Kenosha there were peaceful demonstrations during the daytime, but, as can happen after sundown, when it got dark the miscreants came out and engaged in arson and other property destruction.

Again, the chyron was correct, and I really wish Conservatives would utilize critical thinking skills and fact check, rather than seeing/hearing memes or allusions to them on social media, Fox, talk radio, and parroting them ad nauseam.

Youre talking about the conclusion. My claim was not about the conclusion. Its about the evidence she appeals to, the evidence of Russian interference, which is solid.

By contrast, the Trump "stolen election" conclusion is based on evidence thats flimsy and falls apart every time its been examined.

They "corralled" him right into the Senate chamber.
So what's the defense for that? Did the Capitol Police not know the layout of the building, and mistook the Senate chamber entrance as the exit to the outside of the building?

The cop who lead him around at one point said he could not do anything because there were four. But when he was accompanying Jacob, and I don't know why he was, they walked through a group of six Capitol police. I think that had they wanted him out that seven cops could have removed him. Instead why was he escorted around? This is a completely different portrayal than was given by the select committee, and their withholding of material evidence in a criminal trial, and concealing it from the public, was unethical at least.

It explains why the defense attorney wasn't allowed to have this video for a trial against his client. It just didn't support the "he's a violent insurrectionist!" narrative. Concealing it supports the "We don't have any real evidence against this guy, but we need to say we 'did something', so let's put this guy in prison" narrative.
I hope there will be an investigation into this, with the people who concealed evidence put in prison to serve out Jacob Chansley's prison term. Those who were on the Jan. 6th Committee who put on a big show for the public on TV should be first in line to be investigated.
