Why are Christians so incredibly deceived about scripture?

There is no difference between somebody acting sinful in the church and somebody promoting a sin and still be saved type belief by saying to others that one's future sin is forgiven them and or that you are saved by doing absolutely nothing. So, do Christians not accept Jesus and yet they are still saved? In other words, there is no difference between those who sin in the church openly and those who push an Antinomianism type gospel (that can lead others to treat sin as if it was no more dangerous than a fluffy kitten).

Jason, if you are judging others, people that you do not even know and stating that many of them are not Christian, than that is not God speaking to you.

God's Word is clear that we are not to judge and that God is the only perfect, just and righteous judge. So it's not God Jason saying that. God cannot go against His own Word.

Repentance also involves turning from one's wicked ways, as well. Compare Matthew 12:41 with Jonah 3:6-10. For Jesus says that the Ninevites will rise up in Judgment against this generation because they repented at the preaching of Jonah. In Jonah 3, we see that the King of the Ninevites tell his people to cry out to God (for forgiveness of their sin) and to forsake their evil ways. God then seen that they turned from their wickedness and the LORD then decided to not bring wrath or Judgment upon them anymore.

Your need to judge is strong.

Jesus says we are not to judge. The fruit of the Spirit is what we are to look at unless the sin is so BLARINGLY LOUD and the person is BLATENTLY UNREPENTENT.

But those are not the people you are speaking about.

You are writing your own followings, not following what God says.

We all need to hold fast to God's Word, not our own.

Each of us should say 'Amen' and repent for our faults, not justify them

Where did I ever say that I am like a priest that people need to confess their sins to? I didn't say anything like that. So please stop placing words into my mouth that I didn't say. Every man will have to give an account of themselves to GOD (Romans 14:12) and not me for what they do here on this Earth and God will reward them according to what they have done (Romans 2:6). I am merely a messenger of God's Word telling people what His Word says. So don't shoot the messenger. This messenger is just relaying to you what God's Word says that you cannot sin without dire consequences to your soul in the after-life (See Matthew 5:28-30, Matthew 6:15, Matthew 7:23, Matthew 12:36-37, Matthew 13:41-42, John 12:48, 1 John 3:15, Revelation 21:8). If you have a problem with that, take it up with GOD.

Where did I accuse individual brothers or sisters here of committing a particular sin?
I didn't. They have not sinned against me personally (Which is the context in Matthew).

I am talking about a wrong type of belief that either justifies a sin and still be saved doctrine or a wrong type of belief that can potentially lead others into a sin and still be saved doctrine.

In other words, I am judging a belief and not any one particular person here.

I am merely relaying what God's Word says. So yes, I believe it is God speaking to me because His Word says that if a person does not obey His Word, they do not have Godly knowledge or understanding (See 1 Timothy 6:3-4, Job 28:28, Jeremiah 4:22).

Uh no. If that was the case, then Paul could not have judged the Corinthians and the sexually immoral man within that church.

Oh, and before you say we are not like Paul: Well, you have to realize that Paul himself said that we are to follow him as an example (And his example is Christ).

You can't have morals and not judge.
Paul judged the Corinthians and told them to kick out that sinful man among them.
Paul says we are to follow his example (And his example is Christ).
So yes. We as believers can judge other believers (As long as it is done in love and in truth).

That is what Y'SHUA taught HIS disciples and apostles,

they learned from HIM, in line with HIS WORD,

GOD said it. Look into it. I believe you will find it in James and in one of John's letters that we are to confess our sins to one another

But in your own confusion you are perceiving this to mean something which you have decided within yourself is off in another

You are attributing this to the Catholic Church and the sacrament of penance. That's what you are doing. And have forgotten by GOD's WORD first of all that we are indeed a priestly people and if one has sinned we are to confess our sin and HE is faithful and just to cleanse us of all unrighteousness

Here in this very thread you claim to be righteous and yet you have already charged to all Catholics sin

You have no interest in understanding that if one has sinned we are to restore one another and to pray for one another and the one who has sinned to confess his sin. Not so we can bitterly dismiss them but because the prayers of one who is "perfect" and "righteous" before GOD (since sin does break fellowship with GOD) might heal that man. GOD does hear the prayers of HIS children.

But if you are doing well on your own how lucky for you.

But this is clearly happening... even happening among groups that are very similar. My church doesn't preach water baptism does anything, it is symbolic they say, and you just do it because you were told to. The apostolic group says it is required for salvation, as if you wont enter heaven without it.

And in my own research, I am trying to figure out who is right and who is wrong since I will be under a curse should I not get my interpretation correct.

My conclusion was a 3rd thing no one has ever preached before. This means that if I am correct, all of Christianity is cursed since I'm the only person with the true gospel.

And my human reaction is that this is ludicrous.

Why can't Christians understand the gospel? I'm not saying I'm right and you're wrong, but shouldn't someone understand it? And that group that does understand it, why are they right and all other Christians dead wrong and cursed?

But this applies to any topic really about scripture. "I'm right because I have 5 verses plus my own interpretation of those 5 verses, and I ignored 10 verses to come up with these 5... " This seems to be Christianity's interpretation of scripture.
