good question on John's response to those sent to inquire of as the who he was. may I add this.

John when asked, if he was Elijah, the answer was NO, that's plain and clear. but Jesus said coming off the mount said, if they can accept it Elijah have already come. and they took his saying as to be John the Baptist, and Jesus didn't correct them. so is John, Elijah?, not in flesh and blood. but in spirit, YES. well lets see. John 1:19 "And this is the record of John, when the Jews sent priests and Levites from Jerusalem to ask him, Who art thou?, (notice they asked, "Who". verse 20 And he confessed, and denied not; but confessed, I am not the Christ. 21 And they asked him, What then? Art thou Elias? And he saith, I am not. Art thou that prophet? And he answered, No". did you see it, or rather hear it. I notice it after some re-reading. what John said, or more what he did not say, that caught my attention. Who vs What. if one pick it up. John 1:21 "And they asked him, What then? Art thou Elias? And he saith, I am not. Art thou that prophet? And he answered, No". I hoped you saw it, or rather heard it. well if you didn't let me point it out for you. John 1:21 "And they asked him, What then? Art thou Elias? And he saith, I am not. Art thou that prophet? And he answered, No". here is the revelation, Notice "he" SAID, I.m going to highlight it for one to see. "I AM", not. but "he" ANSWERD no.
who, "SAID", "not" and who, "ANSWERED". listen, so when, they, the priests and Levites, ASKED, "Art thou Elias?". the Holy Spirit, in John, ANSWERED. Oh yes the Holy Spirit spoke by John, and I have scripture to back up what I'm saying, Luke 12:11 "And when they bring you unto the synagogues, and unto magisrates, and powers, take ye no thought how or what thing ye shall answer, or what ye shall say: 12 For the Holy Ghost shall teach you in the same hour what ye ought to say". Glory to GOD.
so when they ask Who art thou. the Holy Spirit answered, I AM, NOT.

God told in the Word where they went and where they will return from. They are not in the western continents, though some did come here, but not as tribes, just as individuals, and that was before travel to the western continents stopped after the barbarian invasion of Rome in 4 AD and by 7AD the western continents were no longer traveled to en-masse -Read Saga America, by Barry Fell, for the history of travel to the western continents BC and AD.

Many have already returned, and soon, they will all return -after the Psalm 83 war is fulfilled.

I agree, that they are not "lost", but scattered, yes. and according to James the apostle, 12 tribes are scattered, not just 10. James 1:1 "James, a servant of God and of the Lord Jesus Christ, to the twelve tribes which are scattered abroad, greeting".

10 earlier, and the last two at the dispersion upon the persecution of Stephen, maybe?.

what do u think happens on the first day of the "day of the Lord" on nov 14th-15th?

Yes I beleive Elijahs arrival will be known to all...I think Elijah will be a regular person on earth but something will happen to bring attention to that person whether it is a comet hitting his house or something only God know how he will bring attention to that person but I don't look for it to be a supernatural U.F.O or a fiery charitot but I don't rule out a firery plane crash with this guy as a sole survivor

I look for Elijah to lead the true feast of trumpets which is known also as "the day of the lord" and lead it with blowing of trumpets and shouting to those who believe the Elijah message. Before the feast of trumpets comes there should be 40 days of call for repentance and reflection of ones life just as the Jews do every year during the month of Elul leading up to the feast of trumpets....If Elijah comes to lead that then both Jews and Christians who would believe that this is the Elijah promised to come would celebrate the true Rosh Hashanah(Feast of trumpets) with Elijah

When the day of the lord comes I look for a harvest of those who were truly repentant with their whole heart and showed it with fasting weeping morning, praying and rending their hearts toward God with the turning away from sin and accepting the sacrifice Jesus made on the cross with relationship communication with God

Also on the day of the lord I look for the plaques of Egypt to come in one day such as fire from the sky, rivers turned to blood, pestilance filling the land and soon after enemy taking the people away captive....basically the Russian/China attack on America that everybody thinks is going to happen to tiny geographical Israel

The sign of Revelation 12 the woman clothed with the sun and the moon at her feet and 12 stars about her head is the sign of Joseph...this sign happens October 6 2013

When the two witnesses appear Elijah will come first before the beginning of the Day of the Lord which will be the beginning of tribulation. The tribulation is 10 years...42 months of jacobs trouble(americas destruction and then after those 42 months will be the beginning of the 7 year tribulation

Jesus is KING AND PRIEST after the order of melchelzedek
The two witnesses one will represent the king side of Jesus on earth
The other witness will represent the priest side of Jesus on earth

The antichrist and false prophet will be trying to represent a king and a priest also to get the people to follow them instead of the two witnesses pointing toward Jesus for salvation.

When the two witnesses appear one will be messiah ben joseph(revelation 12 sign) and the other will be messiah ben David

In the end the two witnesses will lay dead in the street and just as Jesus rose again the 3rd day the 2 witnesses will raise again after 3.5 days because they are testators of a testament and the testament is the davidic kingship and the levitic preisthood which are promised to be eternal and being Jesus already has the higher priesthood and kingship of Melchelzedek the levitic and davidic will be given to the 2 witnesses as the levitic and david cannont be fulfilled in one person because kingship and priesthood on earth are to be kept separated and if fulfilled in one person it automatically turns into melchelzedek (king and priest in one person)

Christians can't see that the 2 witness will be levitic and davidic priesthood and kingship on earth

Jews can's see that Jesus is both KING AND PRIEST(melchelzedek) in heaven

So both see 50 percent of the mystery but both think they are totally right and the other group is totally wrong....that is why the 2 witnesses come in the end and straighten everything out

Christians can only see with blinders on that if anyone is trying to be a king and a priest they are ANTI-CHRIST and FALSE PROPHET.....just as the jews thought when Jesus came proclaiming he was the way to eternal life

The two witnesses cannot save anybody as only Jesus give salvation but the two witnesses will fulfill the office of davidic kingship and levitic priesthood which is to be eternal as spoken of in Jeremiah.

I believe there are 3 sets of 42 months from beginning of tribulation until the death of the 2 witnesses

Most people see 2 sets of 42 months and call them the 7 year tribulation

Actually there are 3 sets of 42 months and the first set is Jacobs trouble(americas destruction) but everybody just throws those 42 months either in the beginning or end of the 7 year tribulation

Rev 2:10 says will will have tribulation 10 days...those days will be years and it also lines up with fulfilling the fall feast of Rosh Hashanah(feast of trumpets) and then 10 days of awe(again this will not be 10 days but 10 years of awe which will be a time of judgement). Then the end of the 10 years will be the death of the 2 witnesses which will be considered the true meaning of Yom kippur and then we will enter into the feast of tabernacles...tabernacling with God

BUT the very firs set of 42 months on the very first day of that 1260 days it will not rain down rain but it will rain down fire as this is the day the enemy will fire nuclear weapons on the united states which should happen 40 days after the appearance of Elijah on October 6 2013 so the day it will rain fire from the sky should be November 14/15 2013
