The original arrangement for the multiplication of mankind on Earth is described in Genesis as being the result of sexual relations between man and woman within the marriage arrangement. Since cloning humans goes contrary to that, and anything that goes contrary to God's will is biblically described as a sin, then human cloning would seem to fall under that category.
