This verse proves that the prophets didn't know all about what they wrote.

I wouldn't focus in that since the time will be unexpected. Instead focus in edifying God's kingdom and those who are in need or troubled. Walk in love, not in fearful forethought lest the enemy deprive you of hope that God has given to us.

But we are told to take cover, Isaiah 26:20-21 and a 3 day supply of food and water will be needed.

Being inspired by the Holy Spirit, they knew exactly whereof they spoke and wrote.

This sounds like a reference back to the Passover in Egypt............

Ironically, the Passover is when God allowed the destroying Romans to decimate Jerusalem...Interesting

Upon counting the days from Friday June, 2015 to where those 1290 would end from this date this year. Its right before my first child will be born.

I'm not troubled by this. I'm ok with this.

I would have been deeply troubled had this happened just a year ago.
