Wow, that describes EXACTLY everything I did for my ex-girlfriend.

Guess women don't appreciate that kinda stuff as much as they claim.

You are mis-interpreting, my friend. That is not a list of pre-requisites. That is not a list of qualities which will make a woman want a man. That is a list of things some women hope their boyfriends have, after the fact. That is, they are going to get together with a guy for certain reasons, and oh, by the way, hope he has/does those things. But if not, no big deal.

I would definilty want someone who is wiling to try new things, spur-of-the-moment type of guy would be awesome, good decision maker, definitly athletic, loves to rough it outdoors - camp, hike, etc., travel, and has to have & appreciate a good sense of humor, oooh and a people person...

Ok, I give in... here's a 'shopping list' of few traits that make up 'my type' .

-Attractive, but never was a homecoming queen
-Honest, yet tactful
-Enjoys quiet times together
-Intellectual on her own terms, but not "An Intellectual"
-Imaginative
-Intense, yet balanced
-Unconventional, but not truly rebellious
-Willing to stop and smell the roses from time to time
-Enjoys 'life sports' like cycling, jogging etc.
-Moral, but not judgemental
-Her personal life is her mission field (versus overseas missions, which I haven't felt called to)

I have to say I wasn't going to play the list game, the game of writing down the names of people on here who you would date

Actually, to clarify a second time, it is a list of those people whose descriptions you fit, and has nothing to do with whether or not you'd date them. I would not date anyone on my list. I simply fit their description of what they want in a guy.

I've never thought about it really but I'll give it a shot.

A woman who:

would prefer a poem from the heart over a diamond ring
Accepts me for who I am but is honest where it counts (she's not afraid to tell me what I need to know)
Madly in love with me but not overly emotional
Has a good head on her shoulders
Isn't afraid to look stupid sometimes
Has virtues that exceed her physical beauty by far.
Shows deep compassion for others in need.
Likes to backpack.
Isn't afraid to put her life on the line.
Inspires me to do good things with my life.
Is care free enough to enjoy life in tough times.
Is kind and just plain fun to be around.
Is very forgiving.

I guess those are just things I like
