Haha, I'm twenty and I still LOVE Pokemon! I have at least one game from every generation.

i dont typically like starters especially the fire/fighting ones which is most of the fire types. and im also not a fan of grass types outside of leafeon. i only use starters because you kinda have to. and even then i always choose the water starter. on soulsilver i traded low level of all the eeveelutions and a ralts over. and that was my team....my quilalva is still in the box and still in the teens...i also dont like the normal typed flyers. on platinum i used drifblim. on soulsilver i used a crobat. and on white i use sigilyph.

I love Growlithe.
I'm making a Team for a special battle against me friend.
We are going to do all level 50, no legendary, no pseudo-legendary.
She has agreed, and I am building my team.

Mew

Back when I was playing the original Red and Blue, there was so much mystery and awesomeness surrounding Mew. Nowadays it doesn't stand out as much in the midst of the 646 like it did in the days of 150+1.

I like Mewtwo and Charizard too.

gengar and alakazam = <3 but as for the rest....there arent enough ghosts!!! i will concede to electivire and snorlax but rhyperior charizard and tauros...ehhhhhhh...

the newer games are quite amazing! while my favorite is one of the original 150 (haunter) some of the new ones have special places in my heart!

I enjoyed the HeartGold/SoulSilver remakes much more than Diamond/Pearl/Platinum/Black/White or even Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald for that matter.

Playing through the White version, I don't recognize any of the pokemon I run into.

Hey Rhydon is a champ! Never let me down. Charizard was my first pokemon, and I've had him for over a decade.

Playing through the White version, I don't recognize any of the pokemon I run into.

That's because they're new.

i really like soulsilver. but i loved platinum. i actually completes the national dex with all 493 without cheating! took me 330 hours but i did it none the less! and im loving my white version. but you have to go into to these games knowing that the new pokemon are going to be the biggest change. i mean yes they change/add a good bit from generation to generation but over all the game play remains mostly the same. and i like that. same challenge new place/pokemon.

charizard was my first as well way back in the day of the original red version. but that doenst mean i like him now that there are so many other options for fire types....like chandelure!!!!!! <3<3<3
