Man, that kind of snow would make me feel claustrophobic!

cloudy here...will probably rain, but we need rain.

1.C was raining all evening and then we had a quick snow flurry

now, there is very little cloud in otherwise clear-skies

Was in the 50's today going up to the 60's tomorrow. However next week will be cold with more snow

"Gritters"? Ohhh . . like sanding trucks? I'm afraid we're going to need them again now too, it's been rather mild and raining off and on for days, the first rains we've had since October . . but now the temps are dropping again and it's snowing a little. Back to winter . . lol

it's now 2.C the rain is of the finest quality of, precipitation
so-fine it would enter the tightest-knit of materials
iow: almost mist-like

of, the 'sort' that will soak you through so-quickly

Ditto on windy. Actually, I was away for the worst of it. We had 60 mile per hour winds yeterday, with heavy winds. Linda said the power was off for awhile. Today, it's still windy, with clear skies, and seasonable (35 F) high, temperatures.

Milder. I've just had a lovely walk this evening. It was cool, rather than cold, dry and still. I only went to get a bit of shopping, but enjoyed it so much I walked much further. Still winter but nothing like as cold as it has been.

Back to winter. An inch of wet snow yesterday, and down to 20 (f) overnight.
