Just a half hour ago I checked the thermometers [outside]
they, read :- 4.C ... so, there might well be frosts at higher altitudes [Cumbria and the Lake District]

Expecting the nor'easter that's sliding up the eastern seaboard. Not so cold (25F), but 30-40 centimeters is expected with high wind gusts up to 80-90 mph. Nestled in by the fire and don't plan on going anywhere.

Wow! That was windy, Zanting.

I was going to say that it has turned cold here, but compared to that it is reasonably mild. Today it was a mix of sunshine and showers.

Finally ~ it is a bit warmer with rain over the weekend, for melting of the snow pack and ice on the lake!
Monday we could see colder temps and a possible mix, only to warm up again.
It seems as March departs, Winter will be going with it

It's been cold, cloudy and windy. Supposed to get to 49F, but that doesn't look likely, as it's 39F now and nearly sundown.

Yesterday, windy and rainy. Last night I had the "pleasure" if that term can be used, of sleeping in the van in windswept parking lots. Good thing, while it was cold it wasn't insufferable so sleep was possible without having to run heat. Interesting movements though as the wind buffeted the van.
