I found out why some of you are getting so much snow. I just don't know how to make him stop. See who to blame below.

Yeah, we are under another winter storm watch to, not sure how much snow they are calling for. I am trying to make use of my time, while it keeps snowing.

According to the lies on the Weather Channel, it's changed from a winter storm watch to a blizzard watch/warning. We're supposed to get some serious snow over Tuesday night/Wednesday morning. It's Chicago weather and I reckon we're a bit overdue for this, our snowfalls haven't been anything to brag about up to now this winter.

Had to scrape a mix of ice and snow before I could drive to church this morning, temps have been steady at about 29F all day, cloudy.

Note to Jean Luc: Make it stop, please?

We are getting a Artic Blast of cold freezing, and snow is starting tonight, and snow all day Monday. On Tuesday and Wednesday a snow storm, could get up to 15 inches or more, bad weather they are calling form. So after this blast of winter we should have between 4 1/2 to 5 ft of snow.

Yep same here.....5 inches tuesday then at least a foot... plus ice on wednesday/thursday.

They were calling for snow all day today, and they were wrong, it is another beautiful sunny day, but Freezing out there.
I would say when Spring comes we all will appreciate it.

We're about to join those who are snowed in. It's all but certain that we're going to be hit tonight with a major winter ice and snow storm. The high is forecast to be 15F with a low of 4F and 28 mph winds. We've already been to the store to get necessities for the next several days. It's so certain that they've already closed schools, etc. before it even hit. I just hope and pray that we can keep our electricity this time.

Those who are already in winter storms are in my prayers.

Our beautiful sunny day ended early, and clouds moved in, a dull day, very depressing I must say. And we are awaiting a major snow storm on our back doors.

The weather channel desktop is red. That's not good, seems we're in the bull's eye for a major snow event. Blizzard warnings from Tuesday afternoon through Wednesday afternoon with snows that could get to 18 inches in some parts of the area, a foot promised everywhere.

Right now, it's 21F and we have a bit of snow.

It is supposed to start snowing tonight after midnight in eastern PA. I don't mind that as much as the ice that they are also predicting that we will get. This junk is supposed to last well into Wednesday.
Hopefully, the power won't go out.

We got the winter storm promised from the weatherman. It's 10F here with winds at 30 mph and gusts up to 50. Reports indicate we've gotten 6 inches of snow and ice so far with more to come. Needless to say, it's cold here, and we give thanks to still have electricity. All in this winter storm are in my prayers.

We're in for it. The storm got started around 2:30PM, and it's gotten worse since. Wind-driven snow all night with possible thundersnow during the night. Here in Chicagoland we'll get at least a foot of the stuff, maybe two feet in the Indiana Lake Snow Belt.

Right now: 21F, winds howling out of the North East, and snowing like there's no tomorrow. Some drifting.

Abominable Snowman reporting in. I can barely get the front doors open here at the apartment complex. The truck is fairly drifted in so it will take a while to dig out, especially since I have an army trenching shovel for the purpose. No matter, even if I do dig out there's nowhere to go. At this moment the collar counties all declare a state of emergency so travel is not advised.

At this moment (5:10AM Chicago time) it is 21F, we have about 15 inches of snow on the ground with more coming in the next few hours. Wind blowing 50mph gusts out of the Northeast, causing blowing and drifting snow. Cold tonight, maybe 8 below zero F out here in the suburbs.
