Stuck my head out the door when I let the dog out. It's cold. VERY cold. No thermometer reading needed. My nose won't thaw out until May!

I am finding even though I have turned the heat up I can still feel the cold in me. When I got to bed at night I have two good thick blankets on me to keep me warm, and it just makes me comfortable.
They say we are having global warming, Yeah right! More like global chilling here anyways.
I am looking so forward to the Spring.
So far our winter has been to cold to enjoy out doors.

We had a beautiful and pleasant day here today: high of 66F and a forecast low of 33F tonight.

I almost feel guilty about this after hearing how many of you are facing bitter cold weather. Stay warm.

66F sounds so sweet. Yes, more damp cold weather tonight, don't know how low, just plain cold and chilly. Snowing tonight into the morning, than stopping to continue it tomorrow evening. Joy, Joy.
I am looking so forward to SPRING, Now would be so good.

We were lucky last night. We ONLY got 7 more inches of snow. The Philly area got a foot or more. This is getting sickening already. This has been our 5th snowstorm of January.

We are passed 5th here, and still more coming. We have 2 to 3 ft. in area's and we are not done yet. Some years we get up to 5 to 6 ft. and it stays. I hope we get an early spring.
And what was this about global warming. Didn't believe it in the beginning any ways. Sure don't now.

Seems the Chicago area is rather boring as far as weather is concerned these days. A bit of snow, some cold, but not like some of you are reporting. Canada is a really good place for five-foot snow.

I heard a scientist say that global warming was like opening a refrigerator door. You get that initial blast of cold air, and then, eventually, the fridge gets warm.
We will probably be dead before it's true effects are felt, so to say that global warming doesn't exist, is probably short-sighted.

Still cold and still snowing. Get to clean my truck off again. Seems like these days, it is again, and again. Like the snow keeps on coming.

Kind of cool today - high only 66. The low was 46. It started overcast and dreary, now a lovely sunny day.

Snow, snow go away and don't bother coming back any other day. I know one thing when SPRING does come I am going to appreciate it fully. I miss the sun shining to. We had one system of snow of course for last night into this morning, and stopped like 1 hours or so, for our next snow storm to come in, this one is big fluffy snow flakes, and is to stay with us until Sunday. Trying to enjoy it. Working on it. But still looking forward to Spring.

The sun is trying real hard to shine. We did not get the amount of snow they were thinking, which makes me happy. But we have another system of snow coming in this week, and calling it another snow storm.
