It has been raining here too, and today was quite windy.

I can hear the angels moving furniture in heaven. Maybe we will get the overflow when they start wet mopping the floor. Oh Boy, here it is!!! Rain finally, after 4 wks. Wonderful rain! Now I'm laid back. Wonderful rain. 92f. Wonderful rain! Thank you Lord.
Mary caught me watering the roses (my first year here)
She laughed so-hard
Then she said, this is Umbrella City ~there'll be another cloud come by pretty-soon
Within an hour, it was raining
Showers here again today, the pavement and sidewalk never even began to look 'patchy'
did not get a chance to dry out
Has April been 'revived' ?
We've been getting more rain than usual this year. In spite of this ,people are leaving their lawn sprinklers on . I don't get it.
Maybe their soil, simply-drains, a little too-well (?)
I don't think so. I think they just forgot that they left their sprinklers on.
Many places have automatic sprinklers on a timer and schedule that's a real pain to change. The little house my wife and I are moving to has automatic sprinklers that we will have no control over at all. The water for lawns in the entire neighborhood comes from a well. Lawn care is one of the benefits where we bought, a retirement type community.
It's 1:40 A.M. in the morning here, and it's still 83F. The weatherman says it will hit 98F tomorrow.
Still wet here .....
Haven't had a completely dry 24 hours for more than a week
Waiting, ....
