out-there, where 'horseflies' audibly STRAFE your ears

Well I was thinking more of sitting in my cousin's back yard/garden where the noise of the cicadas was very noticeable. I've never heard anything like that in the UK, but out in the country I agree that there are some insect noises.

It has been a beautiful day with some sun, some cloud and no rain!

The weatherman was wrong and I'm glad that he was. It's only 90F here today with a heat index of 108F because of the high humidity.

Today has been nice. @7am 76f ~15mph small puffy clouds wonderful. Now 11:30am 90f ~15-20mph small puffys ducks cooling their feet laid back. Wonderful day.

Yes there was a heat advisory until 6p.m.. I don't remember what the heat index is but the air is thick.

It's mostly cloudy here today, so our temperature is down to 87F. We've gotten a lot of rain here recently, including some pretty bad flooding. All of our lakes are full, and the flood gates are open.
