I'm watching my life savings drain away as my aging car needs more and more and more repairs. It's the most frustrating feeling. I can't NOT have a car. I don't have the choice to NOT get it fixed. The cost of repairs is just... obscene. On top of that, they've had my car for a week while waiting for parts to come in, and now they need to order MORE parts, and they have to keep it another week. Thank God, my mom is letting me borrow her car in the meantime, or I'd be in major trouble and unable to get to work. The whole situation is so stressful and disheartening. I just wanted to curl up and cry earlier today.

I just watched the weirdest movie I've seen in ages. It's called T h e m. Avoid it at all costs. Save yourselves...

I couldn't tell you what it was about or what the heck happened in it. The credits rolled, and I just sat here like, "Am I missing something obvious?" So, I tried to find some answers online, but guess what? Even the director is clueless! Apparently, it was part of a 48-hour film project where they had to build a movie around one random line, and the director can't even recall what that line was.

Thank you for the kind replies! I'm trying not to worry or feel like life just keeps kicking me in the gut every time I think I'm about to have a little bit of reprieve. I will soldier on and trust that God's got me in hand. "Trying" being the operative word, lol.

I completely feel you two. My sleep was a disaster last night. Somewhere around 3 am, I checked the clock to see how long I'd been tossing and turning, I couldn't believe it'd been hours. And when the sun began to rise, I actually pouted. Now I'm just a zombie.

I completely feel you two. My sleep was a disaster last night. Somewhere around 3 am, I checked the clock to see how long I'd been tossing and turning, I couldn't believe it'd been hours. And when the sun began to rise, I actually pouted. Now I'm just a zombie.

I can relate. I can't function without proper sleep, and some nights I just CAN'T sleep. I hate struggling to get through the day while I feel groggy and faintly sick and can't focus on anything. It makes me feel all wimpy and fragile that I'm like this, but... this is how I am, lol. I could get by on a few hours of sleep when I was in my 20's, but not anymore.
