I completely feel you two. My sleep was a disaster last night. Somewhere around 3 am, I checked the clock to see how long I'd been tossing and turning, I couldn't believe it'd been hours. And when the sun began to rise, I actually pouted. Now I'm just a zombie.

I'll bet it was a cute pout, though. ^-^

Seems like you're struggling as much as last night. I'm going to bed shortly. Three melatonin didn't help me last night. I'm gonna skip that and use nighttime cold remedy to sleep.

Melatonin never helps me sleep, although I take it almost every night. I don't think I have any cold medicine. ugh

Melatonin seems very hit-or-miss for me. It either works great or does absolutely nothing. It's too bad you have no cold medicine. Hopefully, you will get some rest.

I'm confident my job is part of the problem but I think there's other things going on as well that are the problem.
