All you had to do is choose someone who'd do that. See the problem?
I did. She did. Then, she changed.

I know I know.
You're saying to make sure she's solid.
I will.

Dancing in the heavens is wonderful. But the crash hurts bad.
Boy doesn't that just say it all. If I am interpreting this little proverb correctly. ^-^
What do you think it means?![]()
Just that being in love is great, but once it's over, once the relationship is forgone, that crash can hurt some so much that they would rather the good times have never even happened, if it meant no pain from the breakup also, I suspected.
That's true. Some people forgo relationships because of previous hurts.
I was referencing something else. The heaven in my remark represents the emotional high. Some are drawn to the euphoria and ecstatic (spiritual). They want to remain in that state. Largely because of the way it makes them feel. They crave oneness with the other and see it predominately from that guise.
The crash is Newtonian. What goes up must come down. We can't stay suspended in air. We must return to the ground at some point. That's where the pain comes in. Naivete, inexperience, or escapism compels them try to remain in that space. But it's impossible.
They've yet to learn how to have both in equal measure. How to esteem the mundane and weave the other in daily living with routine trips to the heavens. That comes with time and maturity.
The biggest indication of its presence is overloading. The front end has too much going on. That's the beginning. When you flood it with things that belong in the middle or end you destroy the cadence. You don't have enough togetherness to weather the load you're carrying.
Time strengthens the union. You can tackle bigger challenges, responsibilities, and expectations because you've jelled. Not in word but in deed. You're not going anywhere. The heavier things are less daunting because the pair is solidified.
The key for someone with an emotional or ecstatic bend is minding the season. Nature has them. The body has them. And so do relations.
And your points may be useful for a therapeutic type relationship.
Hey if you don't like it, don't eat it.No. I mean that as a gentile, bacon ice cream shouldn't exist. Listen to reason, please.
We approach life differently. I don't speak in supposition. Everything I say is the result of personal experiences, things I've witnessed firsthand, or a problem I played a part in resolving. I'm not guessing or imagining how I might behave or things would unfold. I've seen it happen.
I don't dwell in the realm of dreams or tout ideals. I dwell in manifestation. If I believe it there's evidence of the principle in my life and something I'm doing to bring it to fruition.
I believe I'm called to fashion. I'm spending $100K to make it happen. Leaving everything behind and moving overseas to a place where I don't know a soul. That's belief in action.
It's easy to say you can do this and that when you haven't done it and another matter when you've crossed the finish line. Now you've got a testimony.
I know how to build lifelong connections with people who stay put. I have several scanning 16 to 30 years and we're not related. People in my corner for life. Wholly supporting me and championing my cause.
When you know how to do something once you can do it again and again. Especially when you've nailed down the process.
I'm not into declarations. I'm into facts. If I tell you I can do something I've done it. Not going to. Not someday. Its finished.
Take the road that works best for you. I've chosen faith and fruit. Results matter. I wouldn't be the leader I am if they didn't.![]()
You go girl.
Knowing yourself can be useful.
My hope and prayer for you is that you come to know someone else as well, in Him, that you be one.
Shalom.

Thanks for thinking of me. I have found some cheaper ways over time to buy journals that I turn into her journals. I usually stay at the price point of $3-5. I have a specific type that I have bought over time that is specific type of paper and hardback. It has to be lined a certain way and no spiral bound. Every once in awhile I will find a deal on Amazon. But lately I've been finding a local overstock store that has good prices. I guess I do have a few variations. Some of it was trial and error. My prayer journals go back to 1996. You have a good memory.
You have think outside the box and generate a revenue stream that funds the main thing. Investment is the Achilles heel. That's how they tie the majority up. When you start taking money that's when things get interesting. It seems okay at first but the goal is to buy you out or take a majority stake.
I read an article recently about the S&P 500. Most shares are held by 10 companies. That's crazy but it's the formula. You see the same in fashion, music, movies, etc. Conglomerates snatch them up. Once they have a foothold they control the narrative. That's why everything 'looks' the same. Not in appearance but through the message.
That's interesting. Yeah I had heard that it was less than 10. The big three. But that may be dated.
Although, I didn't really consider their role in the "standardization" of products. You learn something new every day I guess!
I think a lot of the time the prices in the financial markets are blatantly manipulated by a few major players who wield a lot of power.
