There's a lizard in my house! The other day, I saw his tail sticking out between the crown molding and the fireplace. Now, he's hiding under my fridge. It was kind of funny to watch him try to run on the slippery kitchen floor. His little legs were moving a lot faster than he was. Although I opened the door and tried to push him outside, he chose the fridge instead. Hopefully, he doesn't die under there. It will interesting to see if my cat finds him first, but I'd rather he escape unharmed.

Are you still on the East Coast? Just curious Also is it one of those small ones? Like a skink?

He probably enjoys the warmth under the fridge, lol. Hopefully he'll find his way out soon enough!

I think he's a skink, but his tail isn't blue. Considering how many I've seen sunning themselves outdoors, I'm surprised that it's taken this long to see one inside.

I don't want him inside either, but while he is I'll think of him as another pet as a compromise. Apparently, my parents have a new "pet" too. A little black mouse with pink feet has been sighted around their fridge.

So here's me just thinking out loud...what IF you warmed up a cloth or piece of clothing, laid it next to where ever you think he's hiding, and see if he checks it out. If he does and burrows down, you could just take the whole shebang outside and boom, he's free.




Also no one be alarmed - I'm not in a bad mood today but I was uber serious about my not using any emoji's on the forum. I will however give myself a little leeway and use emoji's in PMs. Partly because I would have already lost. lol

Now I'll just have to rely on my awesome personality and hope you get what I'm saying without the help of emojis. Bah. The temptation is so high right now, this will be a long day.

Also please disregard the amount of lol's I use today in place of certain emojis. I'm NOT laughing that much but I gotta do something to replace my addiction.


P.S. That satisfied emoji that I love using would have probably been in this whole post about 5 times.
