I'm sorry, Swan. Unfortunately there are a lot of people who are quite defensive and take correction as hatred, even within the Body of Christ. I know that you are not against anyone and just want them to see the truth. Just as Christ is for us, not against us, yet still corrects us out of love, so you are doing for our fellow brothers and sisters, as we are called to do. Remember that Jesus said that those who are persecuted because of Him or His truths are blessed. Hang in there; I'm praying for you.

Lots of things going on recently. I need to go and buy some fabric and sewing supplies but I wonder when I'll get to it; my dad has been very busy. I'd like to do my next projects in November instead of in December when I'm busy with lots of Christmas stuff.

I want to get TESOL qualification to teach English. Originally I was just wanting a certificate, then the lady also presented the diploma option at 2 x the cost of the cert. Not sure which to get now. Whether certificate will be sufficient, with diploma overkill, or whether diploma will be better.

Just chilling out going over old times here in our community, and it made me think of Miss Swords&Sunflowers. Even if she never comes back, I hope she is doing well wherever she is in life now. My guess is most of us here miss her, though.

My friends who have done it for teaching English in other countries just got the certification. It’s a lot cheaper. They also got bachelors degrees in various unrelated fields.
I guess it depends how what you want to use it for. As far as I know, the certificate is sufficient. Saving money is always good.

Thanks, that's very helpful. God willing I will have my bachelors as well for when I want to use it. Suits me better if I don't have to borrow double the amount as well Which countries did your friends teach in?
