You know, I wonder if that indicates some kind of ... tempering, shall I call it, of my standards and principles. Not really a change, just a polishing, more like. ... For I noticed that I have gone from addressing the ideal future love of my life as my Princess when I first joined here, to calling her my Lady Knight instead.

Perhaps "Princess" was too extreme, in a sense. For the term "Lady Knight" just seems to make more sense to me, now. Noble and sweet like the fairy-tale princess, of course, but more of a warrior in her own way rather than just needing to be protected at all times, unable to pick up the sword of kindness and honor herself.

I am proud to say I was her first customer and opted for the yellow lion with a brown mane. (I don't even normally like lions as animals, and I always thought The Lion King movie was overrated, and yet Multifavs just seemed to design it so well that that was the first choice that came to mind. )

I don’t know why... maybe my strange sense of humor... but people seem to have trouble believing that I am an adult with my own share of maturity and responsibility.
