I don't recommend it. Purple Drank is a drug where you mix codeine-based cough syrup with sprite and maybe add some jolly ranchers for extra flavor. As a result of this, codeine cough syrup now requires a prescription to obtain.

Even one meal of pancakes is torture. Even WITH syrup.

A prison that serves pancakes? If there's no maple syrup, then it would truly be a punishment.

Also, @Toro, I saw an episode of Beyond Scared Straight where kids toured a prison that served plain tacos to inmates every day or so. I guess if you went to this prison, you would be able to choke down the prison food.

Tacos without lettuce, being only meat and cheese.... yes. That is how I used to eat tacos before I found Cholula hot sauce.... now the tacos swim in the hotsauce

Real prison food? No way. A few friends of mine that have been in prison HATE Ramen noodles as they had it A LOT serving time.

There is a show on YouTube called "After Prison Show" and they teach you how to make a prison pizza and whatnot. The ingenuity of the cooking is amazing at times.

Ramen Noodles is a good ingredient for a lot of prison dishes though.
