I mailed mine on Saturday.. apparently they're using mail air or whatever.. guess the volume of testing is probably pretty high currently.

The big difference that I noticed was that I lost my taste and smell towards the end of it.

Haha, oh Lord, your funny. Whatever 7 to 8 hours is. And being consistent.

I took a sleep class last week and that was one of the things that they mentioned, people being less cranky. I was struggling with it all last week and then on Saturday when I got a good night's rest it was the most amazing feeling waking up in the morning. Haha.

Did you regain your sense of smell and taste back? As someone born without a sense of smell I really have nothing to lose on that front, lol. I heard Bryan Cranston from Breaking Bad said his never came back. So some of your normies better be worried.

Doubt it. I remember in science class they had this foul smelling stuff.. people were daring each other to take like a 1 second whiff.. I just walked up and inhaled for like 20 seconds and everyone was shocked.

That probably explains my brain damage.. but for that one moment I was a superhero to others.

Yeah that was summertime for me when there was more light. But now I definitely need more sleep.

The sleep course was something offered through our workplace wellness insurance. A lot of people are working remotely, so it was kind of a lunch hour class. I was on the road driving so I watched it the next day.

Besides that one woman at work.. there is another who seems to be hated by many.. but I highly suspect she simply suffers from autism. She seems sweet when you take that into consideration and act accordingly. Wish others would give her more of a chance.

Im watching an ASMR vid. showing one doing her makeup... absolutely fascinating! I never really paid attention to it before.

How utterly tedious it appears. I would not have the patience to be a woman.

The things they go through...the hoops...the dressing...the performance...

It is an art!
