Well, that was a nice 12-hour sleep as always after finishing a long stretch at Albemarle, just like the older days when I was first there in 2008, my first real full-time job in life. Now then, how to make the most of these next 50 or so hours free of adulting? ..... Oh, got some cleanup to do around the apartment. =/ Don't want to devote the energy for even just 30 minutes, but, I'm not a slob who is content to let laundry and garbage pile up without tending to.
But perhaps later I'll get to another chapter of
Henry and Ribsy for you, Miss

Also, may I ask a favor, to please pray for my mother's dog, Tallulah, who I have come to see as my own over the three years I lived with her in Houston. Over the past two visits back to my Mom's house in Houston since I moved away to Magnolia, I have noticed Tallulah's age showing in various ways. She seems to be harder of seeing and hearing, for one, and doesn't even have the energy to bark for me when I come through the patio door into the house (like she always did when I lived there, no matter how long or short a time I was gone), anymore, as I noticed particularly this past Thanksgiving. She is 12 or 13, now, I believe, so, the day could be coming. And I know I will be just as sad to see this day with Tallulah now as it was with her brother Dutch seven Christmases ago when I hurried down to Houston to be with Dutch as he had to be put to sleep, and to help bury him.

Please pray with me that Tallulah gets a few more years at least without major health problems like Dutch had to endure.
