CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Part-Time Breatharian
Today we received our dog's ashes in a specially made wooden box. In the front where you insert a photo it has a white piece of paper with a quote from 1 Corinthians 13:8 "Love Never Ends" which is a nice touch. The people who made it must have been Christian, since my dad didn't specifically ask for that.

I really miss rain. It hasn't rained in weeks, very nearly 2 months I reckon.
It's got to the point where I'm listening to rain vids on Youtube but that isn't a patch on the real thing.

I guess the Tommie Zito thing is legit, we are now experiencing the fallout of what happened at the tent meetings this month, worship meetings are supposed to be popping up around this area, I hope it goes through. One of the pastors that we were housing offered me a place in the worship team and he wanted to hire me for bible teaching...I'm not really sure how I feel about this. In one hand, it's great to see God on the move again, especially in this area, on the other hand, I've got my hands full and as much as I'd love to do it, there is much conflict.
