It has been almost nine years now since I first came to this community. I am grateful for everyone who have been around during that time, and for many who have long departed. Nearly all of you have lifted me up and helped me along the path not just once, but many a time. Who knows where I would be in life if I had not stumbled across this place one fateful day back in 2014? ^-^

So thank you. I believe this to be an overall wonderful community full of sincere people who are trying to do the right thing, and I've shared many fond memories with some if not most of you.

I find it super funny in movies and tv when a character walks up to the bar and goes “two beers, please” And the bartender just gives them beer. It’s like saying “I’d like an alcohol, please?” Heck, you can’t even order a martini whether shaken or stirred in real life without being asked if it’s a vodka or gin martini and if you want house or a certain type of liquor. It’s such an obviously unrealistic exchange, how has every single movie gotten away with this?

Well… I have Valentines plans!! (That I made for myself because I enjoy the holiday and want to continue to do so in spite of if anybody wants to ask me or not)

One of my girlfriends is coming over and we’re making heart shaped pizzas and bloody Mary’s with various pickled things. Throw in some face masks, chick flicks and dressing cute. I’m excited!
