I talk to a counselor. I talked to him last night. I talk to him occasionally. Earlier today I asked him if he can talk again this week. He recommended me a book last night. Today is about as bad as it gets. I don't feel this bad very often anymore but was every day in high school & middle school. Today's just so overwhelming, the negative thoughts plus just being busy. It's just a bad day today. I don't even want to take break. I put my phone on 'make busy' so hopefully they won't transfer calls. Maybe tomorrow will be better. It didn't help yesterday was a company holiday. Tomorrow s/b better.
