When you're in love with a song sometimes the best thing is to keep riding that wave. I've had the same song on repeat for hours.
OK, now I have to know. What song?
Prayers for you and that you will be feeling much better.am still a bit under the weather and fatigued, although feeling a bit better than a few days ago and the worst of my symptoms have passed. Thank you ever so kindly.
That's interesting. It's interesting how one place represents something completely different to another. Yours actually makes more sense. I can't figure out why mine keep popping up. Otherwise I'm in completely different houses that I have never seen before, sometimes I will draw a diagram of the house that I was in.houses from my childhood it's like walking into the past or something. Places almost feel more nostalgic than people if that makes sense.
That's also interesting. I think it's something that is a gift for certain people. My half sister and I we inherited that gift from our father. Her mother never had any of that. So I know it comes from her. And my biological mother has dreams but not the way that my father, sister and I do. The three of us have the creative bug also, but my sister and I are so different in our friendships and creativity avenues. You remind me of someone I knew that had elaborate dreams that she could remember well and felt like they lasted days. Almost as if she had another life in her dreams
This sounds so exciting!Apparently, a new proposal for a project that I assisted with last year is going to be submitted. This comes as a surprise, as I thought that project was dead in the water, but it was just a matter of funding. Long sto
This could be a really good thing. This is what most people dream of getting to after laboring for so many years.convinced that we can save time and money this way, I may be able to work fewer hours for the
I was exactly thinking this also. As in my agency many people come from high stress consultant jobs for less pay and less hours so they can spend more time with their family. If I had a family of my own, they would factor into the equation. The reality of my current situatio
I've done this so many times, I don't worry about it. Some songs do get ruined, but some are classic. Or it helps me identify with a year that I loved that song.keep listening to a song over and over again ever since I found it a few days ago. I tell myself to stop, that I will ruin the song for myself and grow tired of it, but do I listen? No!
I just want to listen to it again...
You're brave. I have not seen a scary movie in a long time. I used to love them and watch them as a teenager. But after I became a Christian everything changed that it scared me. I even used to create haunted houses and I would scare my younger cousin all the time. There are some beautiful people that are in that though.has been probably two years now since I last had a theatre-going experience, so, I'll be going 45 minutes away to El Dorado tonight to see the fifth Scream movie, once I've gotten some sleep now that work is over. I have no idea if
Well, don't get me wrong. I certainly have particular boundaries to where I still find some things outright distasteful in the realm of horror - "too far", for lack of a better term - and will have nothing to do with them, finding no redeeming value or artistic merit. I despise things in fiction that seem to be done solely for the shock value, for instance. But after I became a Christian everything changed that it scared me.
Thanks, Sampa. Hopefully it will be an enjoyable one. With "Goosebumps kid" (as I call Dylan Minette since I liked him so much in the Goosebumps movie) also present, it will be interesting to see he and Neve Campbell possibly team up to fight back against the killer ... unless of course he turns out to be the killer.Enjoy the movie, there's a lot of people that like horror films.
That's funny that it became a meme to you guys. I'm usually conscious not to replay things too much when other people can hear because most think more than two or three times in a row is excessive lol. For you it sounds like a circumstantial thing where for me some people would think I'm crazy how often I've done that. For some reason I remember a night waaaaay long ago at my current job (this is my second tenure there) where I got so busy in my lab that I didn't even bother to take a few moments to turn my radio off of the repeat function when I somehow activated it a while before, thus ... O.A.R.'s "Shattered" ended up playing for almost two hours straight.
That time was lampshaded more than once by the guy working next door who could easily hear the music. And so, "turn the car around" became a meme between us for the rest of my year there that first go-round, in reference to what we should be doing every time we are tempted to do what is expected of all able-bodied employed folks and come to work every day.
..... And now I'm tempted to listen to it again just talking about it.
Oh I'm in random houses all the time. That's impressive you remember dream houses enough to draw them. That's interesting. Thanks for the explanation. I have remember that from the past but that's intelligent to have a twist like that. Yes a-listers usually don't get killed off right away. So it leaves an element of surprise. I'm a big fan of Drew Barrymore ever since she did the movie fire starter as a child. I've seen a lot of her life outside and sort of in the movies similar to my own character. I don't know how to explain it why I've been drawn to her work. With all the working that you have been doing, I really hope that this is a treat for you. You definitely need it.who wouldn't make it to the ten-minute mark, instead, for the sake of film integrity. She believed in the writer's and director's vision for the movie so much that she was willing to take a step down. You see, Drew thought it would have a huge impact on the viewers if such a big name star like herself was killed off so easily and early on in the movie. The viewers would then be inclined
That's interesting. I thought most people would be in houses they are familiar with.Oh I'm in random houses all the time. That's impressive you remember dream houses enough to draw them.
As far as recall, I really don't understand that. But I do know the ones that I have drawn usually became lucid dreams. I start looking around and I start taking note and I'm like I need to remember this and I need to remember that I want to remember this when I wake up. It's kind of fun and there's a certain energy and vividness that you draw when you realize you're in a dream but you want to soak in every detail so you don't lose it.What I was thinking earlier is maybe you are dreaming with your whole heart. Or maybe I've watched too many horror movies to want to remember my dreams so I'm less likely to recall them.
I don't know if I've ever drawn in a dream. That sounds pretty cool. You're probably an artist so it makes sense that you would. I'm betting being visually oriented might help with your dream recall but it's just a hunch. That's interesting. I thought most people would be in houses they are familiar with.

Nightmares, are another story and I tried to forget them as much as I can. For example, I had a very vivid dream and many many details that happened three nights ago with sounds and various details, but seeing my stepfather who is still alive shot is something I don't wish to recall. And I think the only reason I had that dream is because I overheard him on the phone trying to get his end of life details sorted out with a professional.
ohh, maybe I should clarify, I never drew anything in the dream but I noted everything and just kept walking from room to room or checking things out. Actually I'm not much of an artist, so it's rough diagrams. Anyways I hope that you will have that special experience with a lucid dream, as it can be a lot of fun. It was nice chatting with you about this topic.don't know if I've ever drawn in a dream. That sounds pretty cool. You're pro

just one more time won't hurt...
...right?

I can totally relate! Sometimes when I find a song or a group of songs I love, I want to listen to them every day over and over again. I have had songs playing on repeat for a long time multiple times! And sometimes if you love a song enough you think "I could listen to this all day!" and that feeling lasts for months. When you're in love with a song sometimes the best thing is to keep riding that wave. I've had the same song on repeat for hours.
