New phone finally came in today. My old one was quite outdated and hardly supported anything. This new one features a lot of the popular apps I enjoy using for leisure / business such as Steam, Skype and Discord, which is awesome.

I think I use those apps more on my phone than on my computer.

Back in your day you wasted your allowance on Space Invaders at the arcade, obsessed over celebrities featured in your sister's latest issue of Tiger Beat magazine, watched news about the USSR moving nukes to their satellite states, learned in school how America was the best thing since sliced bread, had to deal with your parents worrying that violent movies and rock music were corrupting your mind, had too much fun with your long hair and cans of hairspray, were afraid of getting AIDS if you came into contact with a homosexual, and wished to be a famous rock star when you grew up.

The 1980's sounded like fun times.

Haha, back in maaaah day, we didn't have no fancy shmancy smartphones.

I think I use those apps more on my phone than on my computer.
They are quite useful to have on the phone.

Yeah, I had a Blackberry before which I liked because of the built-in keypad. But, I couldn't use any of the popular apps on it that I use on my laptop lol. I also recently got a VR headset which is supposed to work with most smartphones, which surprisingly enough didn't support mine. But not anymore, after today all of that changes.

Anyone watching Altered Carbon on Netflix?

Looks interesting.. also want to watch Babylon Berlin. Although I'm a little binge show watching fatigued from last week.. not sure how much I can stick it out. I want to enjoy the shows.. not feel like I have to force myself to sit through every episode.
